The location was really good. It was convenient to walk to all famous tourist attractions, and it was also great to go shopping. Considering the location, I think it's great value for money. However, the condition of the room was somewhat disappointing. I reserved a double bed, but was given a room with three single beds. I requested a change, but was told there were no rooms available. Also, there is no refrigerator or microwave, so it is difficult to eat a simple meal. And every time I went out, I had to leave my keys at reception. It was convenient that the reception was open 24 hours a day, but it was inconvenient to have to stop by the reception every time I went out.

Nice location. Clean and neat room. The only pity was the metro next the hotel was closed for maintenance during my visit. But the next metro, Sol sqaure was not that far and walkable.

Betjeningen er hyggelig og hjelpsom. Frokosten består stort sett av ferdigprodukter og var ikke særlig bra, lokalet var også trangt og iskaldt.

Great easy check in, fortunate room was ready for us at 13:00 as was expecting to leave bags and check in later. Spacious room, we had a city view triple which was clean, functional and located just one block off to Gran Vin. Would definitely stay here again for location and low cost of room.

Hotel super bem localizado, funcionários educados e cordiais. Cama e roupas de cama muito confortáveis. Optamos em pagar o café da manhã e foi uma decisão ótima, pois estava bem completo e gostoso 10/10

Habitaciones y cama mucho muy pequeñas. Toallas de muy baja calidad, no se puede elegir la temperatura del aire acondicionado solo desde recepción, hay un tope criminal en el piso del baño para la puerta de cristal, que es fácil fracturarse los dedos. En fin la habitación sirve solo para dormir y bañarse con mucho cuidado. Eso si , ubicacion inmejorable en chueca

I had a wonderful stay at the Hostal San Lorenzo. The rooms were clean and well maintained and staff were really friendly welcoming and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to book a return stay here.

El personal muy amable , la habitación un poco incómoda la luz del baño se prendía y apagaba sola y nunca la arreglaron , la zona donde está el hostal es buena con muchas opciones de comida , en general la pasamos muy bien
