The location was really good. It was convenient to walk to all famous tourist attractions, and it was also great to go shopping. Considering the location, I think it's great value for money. However, the condition of the room was somewhat disappointing. I reserved a double bed, but was given a room with three single beds. I requested a change, but was told there were no rooms available. Also, there is no refrigerator or microwave, so it is difficult to eat a simple meal. And every time I went out, I had to leave my keys at reception. It was convenient that the reception was open 24 hours a day, but it was inconvenient to have to stop by the reception every time I went out.

Nice location. Clean and neat room. The only pity was the metro next the hotel was closed for maintenance during my visit. But the next metro, Sol sqaure was not that far and walkable.

Room was cleaned and spacious. The a/c can't be set by you. You have to ask them to change the temperature for the room or it gets very hot.

Great location in the city centre and excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and quick to deal with any issues. I stayed in a single room, which was compact but met everything I needed. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of a power socket near the desk in my room, so it was a bit awkward to charge my laptop.

Great location and very clean and front staff super helpful. The water pressure is beyond good, it was so strong I couldn’t face the shower. The walls were thin. I couldn’t hear the office staff on the phone as they were next door. The pillows were weird. Long and thin. The lobby has a small place to eat. It’s more fun to just step outside. They didn’t have converters or earlier check in. I would recommend this for lower frills budget at last minute.

L hôtel est très bien situé. Il est proche du métro. L ́hôtel est propre, le personnel est très serviable. Le seul point négatif est la clim qui fait du bruit mais elle ne pas empêchée de bien dormir.

Las habitaciones individuales son demasiado pequeñas. Las camas ya están viejas y poco firmes. Pero si te toca una habitación que dé al cubo interior será muy silenciosa.

O Hostal San Lorenzo tem uma localização excelente, muito próximo à Gran Vía, o que facilita bastante o acesso aos principais pontos turísticos, restaurantes e transporte. O quarto era confortável e atendeu bem às expectativas. O banheiro era funcional, embora um pouco pequeno. O único detalhe que não correspondeu à reserva foi a configuração das camas: havia duas camas de solteiro em vez de uma cama de casal. No geral, foi uma boa experiência e eu me hospedaria novamente pela ótima localização e conforto.
