The location was really good. It was convenient to walk to all famous tourist attractions, and it was also great to go shopping. Considering the location, I think it's great value for money. However, the condition of the room was somewhat disappointing. I reserved a double bed, but was given a room with three single beds. I requested a change, but was told there were no rooms available. Also, there is no refrigerator or microwave, so it is difficult to eat a simple meal. And every time I went out, I had to leave my keys at reception. It was convenient that the reception was open 24 hours a day, but it was inconvenient to have to stop by the reception every time I went out.

Nice location. Clean and neat room. The only pity was the metro next the hotel was closed for maintenance during my visit. But the next metro, Sol sqaure was not that far and walkable.

2025年の8月に家族4人で4ベッドルームに宿泊しました。名前はホステルですが、ちゃんとしたホテルです。 まず立地は最高です。地下鉄のグランビア（Gran Via）駅から歩いて５分程度、チュエカ（Chueca）駅からも徒歩１０分程度です。グランビア駅周辺には飲食店が多数ありますし、チュエカにはサン・アントン市場もあります。サン・アントンは市場という名称ですが、実体はマーケットとフードコートとレストランです。連日、夜遅くまでサン・アントン市場で食事して、子供を連れて徒歩でホテルに戻りましたが、治安の悪さは感じませんでした。 ホテルのスタッフは親切で、対応は丁寧でした。小さな子供の顔もすぐに覚えてもらえました。部屋の鍵は電子キーではなく金属製の鍵でした。外出の際は鍵をフロントに預ける必要がありましたが、不便さやセキュリティの不安は感じませんでした。 部屋は、リフォーム済みでとても綺麗でした。気温摂氏40度にもなる暑い夏に宿泊しましたが、エアコンのおかげで快適に過ごせました。 唯一のマイナスポイントは、冷蔵庫がないことです。ホテルの建物の１階南側に小さい商店があり、そこで冷えたペットボトルを購入できましたが、それでもやはり不便さを感じました。 総じてとても良いホテルでした。立地やスタッフが最高だったので、冷蔵庫が置かれたら、次のマドリード訪問の際も絶対にここに泊まります。冷蔵庫が置かれなければ、再訪は８０パーセントくらいです。

La ubicación es buena, el cuarto demasiado pequeño para el costo.

We loved our stay! Excellent location right in the heart of Madrid. Easy walk to all of the main attractions and excellent dining options. The staff are friendly and professional with a 24/7 desk. We don’t speak Spainish but all of the staff were fluent in English and gracious about our inability. The rooms are sufficient for a comfortable stay. But a lack of AC or a fan made nights a bit too warm. Overall recommended and we would stay again in the future.

The hotel is located in the center of Madrid, surrounded by many restaurants, bars, and shops. The room was simple and clean, though it did not have a freezer. Breakfast was basic—just bread and cheese—and started relatively late, around 8 a.m. Overall, it’s a good option for business stays.

Honestly. I was really impressed with this place. I booked it last minute thinking it was going to be your typical hostal and I was pleasantly surprised. The desk person was lovely with me and the room was comfortable with more towels than I could possibly use. I’d highly recommend.
