객실도 깨끗하고 모든 직원분들이 다 친절하셨어요 좋은 호텔입니다 추천

4성급의 호텔이라 위치도 너무좋코 조식도 부폐식에 맛있었어요. 근데 방에서 곰팡이냄새가 나서 직원분에게 부탁을 했으나 그닥 나아지지 않았어요

바닥이 기울어져 있고 화장실도 간이 샤워부스. 조명도 어두움. 갈거면 제일 싼방은 비추.

깨끗하고 서비스도 좋았습니다. 안전했고 침구 상태도 너무 좋았어요. 저는 여기 재방문 의사 있습니다.

위치와 직원 서비스는 정말 훌륭함. 다만, 배정받은 6층 방은 5층까지만 엘리베이터가 있어서 한층을 걸어 올라가야하며 수압이 너무 낮아 샤워하기 불편했음. 가격대비 시설은 별로임

서비스가 만족스런 호텔입니다 직원들은 친절하고 영어로 소통도 잘 됩니다 하지만 그에 비해 호텔 상태는 엉망입니다 이정도 가격이면 더 좋은 파리지역에서 좋은 호텔에 묵을 수 있습니다 방음이 안되서 옆방이 문닫는 소리, 문 열고 들어가는 소리, 물 쓰는 소리 등등 다 들립니다 바닥은 청소가 안되어 있는건지 오래된 카펫이라 그런건지 슬리퍼를 필수로 신으셔야 발이 더러워지지 않습니다 공기도 탁하고 기본 옵션으로 있는 물건들도 나중에 보충해주시더군요 그냥 잠만 잘거다라고 하시는 분에게 적합한 장소입니다 주변 일식당,한식당이 많아 쉽게 아시아식당을 찾을 수 있습니다 저는 그동안 파리에 있는동안 이곳이 제일 실망스럽습니다

위치가 좋은 숙소. 조식도 괜찮았고, 여행 다니기에 편했다. 파리 물가 자체가 높아서 다른 나라와 같은 가격이면 조금 낮은 레벨의 호텔이다.

1. excellent location. i stayed for 5days. it is so good to go anywhere. and safe. 2. nice service and reception. I am impressed. 3. there is so many good restaurant nearby 한국사람이라면 특히나 한인마트도 가깝고 일본식당들도 많고. 바로 앞에 숨겨진 와인바도 있고..그 외에도 쇼핑가기도 좋구요. 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 오직 방크기가 문제지만 ㅋㅋ

룸 정리정돈이 미흡함. 5일동안 머무르면서 목욕가운과 무료 물은 첫날만 공급받음. 위치는 편리함. 음식점과 마트가 호텔 근처에있음.

Hotel was clean and good location close to metro and restaurant. Also, staff in hotel were kind and nice But, so small room which is only sleep

사전에 이용후기를 많이 보고 숙박을 결정했습니다. 다른 분들의 호의적인 이용후기와 크게 다르지 않았습니다. 객실크기는 유럽호텔들이 다 그렇듯이 작았지만 룸 컨디션은 깨끝한 편이었습니다. 호텔 위치는 시내 중심가에 있어 굉장히 편해 르브루박물관을 중심으로 여기저기 다니기 좋았습니다. 택시이용시에도 웬만한곳은 1만원 내외에서 호텔까지 들어올수 있더군요(* 호텔명함 필 지참후 기사에게 보여주세요~) 호텔프론트 직원들도 파리 관광과 관련 문의사항에 최선을다해 알아봐주려는 모습이 인상적이었습니다. 적극적으로 물어보고 이용하세요 ^^ 아! 객내 커피포트는 없지만 프론트에 얘기하니 제공을 해줘 가져간 컵라면도 간식으로 한차례 먹었네요~ 호텔 주변으로 맛있는 한식레스토랑이 있어 프랑스음식에 물릴즈음에 이용하니 기분전환도 되고 좋았고, 호텔 근처에 한인 마트를 포함 늦게까지 하는 동네슈퍼가 많아 과일이나 와인, 치즈 등을 사서 호텔에서 파리지앵 기분도 내 봤습니다. 전체적인 평가는 객실 사이즈 -10점을 제외하고 90점정도 주고 싶습니다.

Extremely disappointing experience and far below expectations. After our first night, we requested an early check-out and a refund for the following night because it quickly became clear that the hotel did not match the standard we expected. The hotel feels old, tired and poorly maintained. Our room was outdated, with peeling wallpaper, visible signs of wear and tear, and a general lack of upkeep throughout. The reality is very different from the impression given by the photos online. Cleanliness was also below an acceptable standard. We found a hair on the bed sheets upon arrival, which immediately raised concerns about the quality of housekeeping and attention to detail. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the management’s attitude. We politely explained our concerns and requested a refund for the unused night so that we could move to another hotel. Not only was our request denied, but there was no attempt whatsoever to understand our concerns or offer any form of assistance. We also contacted Expedia in an effort to find a reasonable solution, but the hotel remained completely inflexible. What is particularly frustrating is the apparent confidence with which the hotel defends its standards, despite the obvious maintenance and cleanliness issues. For the rates charged, the overall quality and customer service were simply unacceptable. Paris offers countless hotel options. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had in recent years

The room is spacious and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Very conveniently located to lots of places I need to be.

Staff was inattentive, rooms were small, ac didn’t work and I had to ask for help Multiple times and nobody responded. Additionally the walls were so thin I could hear everything that happened in the hotel lobby or any of the rooms as well as everything outside

Breakfast was awesome, anything you could possibly imagine!

This was just a one night stay before flight home, room was very clean and nice. Hotel staff very friendly. The breakfast was downstairs, very unique setting and atmosphere, felt like i was in a fancy cave but enjoyable.

Fantastic hotel, excellent location and great staff - really lovely customer service. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again next time we visit Paris. Thank you so much!
