J’ai réservé une chambre pour une nuit qui s’est bien passé, mais ensuite j’ai décidé de rester encore une nuit. Avant de réserver j’ai demandé à avoir une chambre qui donne sur la rue. La réceptionniste m’a assuré que c’était le cas et que c’était une très belle chambre au 6e étage. À l’heure de Check-in, j’ai eu la surprise d’avoir l’ascenseur jusqu’au 5e étage et de devoir monter un étage avec la valise + etc...En plus j’avais pas de carte d’accès à l’ascenseur et je devais demander à chaque fois à la réception. En rentrant dans la chambre j’avais l’impression que quelqu’un avait déjà dormi dans le lit, la machine à café contenait encore la capsule usagée et la chambre n’était pas coté rue. Pendant mon séjour, ils ont commencé à réparer l’ascenseur et j’ai du monter à pieds jusqu’au 6e étage.

We booked 2 nights. We're delayed and arrived 1pm the 2nd day. We're told our room was not ready. They must have sold our room as it was not available to us. Not happy. Had to check in 2 hours after we arrived.

We have been to Paris a dozen times and stayed at a variety of hotels. We really liked the Hotel de Lutece and will go back. Everyone on staff is very friendly, professional, and efficient. We were welcomed like friends. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast selection was very extensive and well prepared. The location is great for getting to Notre Dame, the Saint Chapelle, the Louvre, and the Dorsey. There are a number of good cafes nearby.

Great location, quiet hotel with very helpful staff. A very clean room with perfectly working air conditioning - we will stay there again next time we come to Paris!

An amazing neat little hotel. A short walk to Notre Dame Cathedral

absolutely perfect location! literally 3 minute walk to Notre Dame and maybe 8 minutes to Saint-Chappelle! fantastic restaurants in the neighborhood as well as delicious cheese shop and incredible croissant shop right across the street. perfect stay and wish we had more than 3 days there.

Loved it! Perfect spot in the city and the hotel was beautiful. Room and bathroom are a lot bigger than I expected.

The Hotel L de Lutece is nicely located on the Isle St. Louis. It is ideally placed for a visit to Notre Dame Cathedral at times when it is not too crowded. It is also relatively close to the metro. Despite being on the main thoroughfare on the little island it was quiet with good soundproofing. My room felt slightly cramped with little storage space but this wasn't a problem for a short stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The area around the hotel has many small shops selling good food, art etc. Don't miss the excellent cheese shop directly across the street from the hotel.There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The island is particularly atmospheric at night and early in the morning.

the staff was excellent. hotel was small but the bed was large. loved loved loved the location and Ellie couldn't have been nicer. the lights only worked when the key was but in a special slot

El personal fue amable en todo momento y habla un buen nivel de inglés, lo cual es maravilloso cuando no se tiene un buen nivel de francés. Fueron muy amables ofreciendo guardar maletas, ofreciendo hora del té, jugos y agua. En la habitación dejaron una nota linda y varios detalles, así como una botella de vino. La habitación era de buen tamaño y el baño también. El internet no fue el mejor, pero nada que afectara nuestra estancia. En general, un gran hotel.
