We got our room upraded to executive room, and had a pleasant time. There was no complimentary water but almost everything else was there.

2박했는데 룸청소는 원하지 않는댔지만 수건 새로 갈아주시고 어매니티도 새로 다시 주시고 휴지통도 비워주셨어요. 허헣 뭐 무료로 해주시는거라 좋았어요. 가방을 너무 다 열고 중요한 물건도 두고 가서 걱정했는데 얼굴 붉힐일은 없었답니다. 마지막 체크아웃 직원까지 다 친절했어요. 중국말로 인사해주시길래 한국어로 고마워 알려줬는데 다시 해주셨어요^^ 음 아쉬운점은 저희엄마가 충전기를 두고 왔는데 전화했더니 확인이 안된다고 해서 속상해요. 지금 있는 숙소에서 멀진 않아 가볼까했는데 전화로 물어보니 모르겠다고 하니 얻는게 없어 안가봤어요..체크아웃시 다들 물건 잘 챙겨 나오세용

중심지와 가깝고 시설은 깔끔한 편이지만 방이 너무 좁아서 캐리어를 펴고 제대로 다니기가 어려워따. 청소는 잘해줘서 좋았다. 엄격하지만 친절한 편이다.

Excellent and exceptional location. The room was small but cozy and had everything we needed. Very good layout overall. We won’t hesitate to stay there again.

Incredible stay!

This hotel provides a quintessential Paris feel in the best neighborhood in the city. The hotel sits on a side street full of restaurants that come to life at night - but don't carry the feeling of a loud bar. The classic windows that face the street offer a birds eye view of the magic, but it's not noisy at all with the windows closed. Rooms are small (welcome to town - that's everywhere right?) but make up for it in Parisian beauty and character. Beds are comfy and the bathroom is large (bring shampoo and conditioner unless you're ok with a soap/shampoo combo). Desk staff was always there being accommodating if needed. I could not think of a more wonderful place to stay!

O hotel é muito bem localizado, com diversos restaurantes excelentes nas imediações, destaque para o Gavroche, do lado do hotel. A equipe é muit gentil, sempre ajudando e o quarto muito bem decorado e limpo. Uma ótima escolha para curtir Paris, da para fazer tudo a pé e tem um metro do lado para quem quiser.

Grand Hôtel de l’Univers is a quaint, quintessentially Parisian hotel located in the heart of Saint-Germain. The location is excellent: you’re surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants and cafés, and you’re within easy walking distance of Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Louvre Museum, making it a very convenient base for exploring the city. The rooms are small—very Parisian—but clean, comfortable, and charming. Exactly what you’d expect in this neighborhood. The street itself is quiet, yet just steps away the area comes alive at night with late-night cafés, open shops, and a vibrant local atmosphere. There’s also a large city pharmacy just a couple of blocks away, which is especially helpful when you’re on the last leg of a trip. This hotel is a true three-star property. It doesn’t try to be anything more or less than that—and that’s its strength. Quaint, clean, well-located, and authentically Parisian. Highly recommended.

The staff helped me retreive my backpack that I left in the cab ride to the airport. They cakled the driver and got him to turn ariund and meet me to get it back. Very very helpful.

Perfect location. Friendly staff, always willing to help and provided umbrellas. Reasonable breakfast. The only thing we didn't see in the ad is that the standard room has "curtains" in the bathtub.

small hotel with great character. Right in the centre of St Germain, but extremely quiet at night. Everything needed was in the room, and beautiful decoration of the room. Highly recommended hotel.
