We got our room upraded to executive room, and had a pleasant time. There was no complimentary water but almost everything else was there.

2박했는데 룸청소는 원하지 않는댔지만 수건 새로 갈아주시고 어매니티도 새로 다시 주시고 휴지통도 비워주셨어요. 허헣 뭐 무료로 해주시는거라 좋았어요. 가방을 너무 다 열고 중요한 물건도 두고 가서 걱정했는데 얼굴 붉힐일은 없었답니다. 마지막 체크아웃 직원까지 다 친절했어요. 중국말로 인사해주시길래 한국어로 고마워 알려줬는데 다시 해주셨어요^^ 음 아쉬운점은 저희엄마가 충전기를 두고 왔는데 전화했더니 확인이 안된다고 해서 속상해요. 지금 있는 숙소에서 멀진 않아 가볼까했는데 전화로 물어보니 모르겠다고 하니 얻는게 없어 안가봤어요..체크아웃시 다들 물건 잘 챙겨 나오세용

중심지와 가깝고 시설은 깔끔한 편이지만 방이 너무 좁아서 캐리어를 펴고 제대로 다니기가 어려워따. 청소는 잘해줘서 좋았다. 엄격하지만 친절한 편이다.

Grand hotel was in a super convenient area in saint germain Paris. Very walkable. Close to metro, food and shopping right outside your say! I recommend.

Room a bit small but staff all excellent

Loved the location on a small street right off a beautiful area, breakfast area was lovely with nice coffee and monstrous croissants. Our room was comfy and AC was GREAT. Small elevator but they had one and it worked. Friendly helpful front desk staff and breakfast team. Lots of electric plugs, nice towels. We got there 12 and our room happened to be ready. That was just good luck.

stay here often because of the location and the well-appointed rooms. The lobby and rooms are well decorated in a perhaps unexpectedly hrand style with quality furnishings.

The property was amazing and safe. Amazing Dining options and walkable with easy transportation options.

We were very pleased with the property. The room was very small but nice. The desk managers had zero personality but thankfully we didn’t have to deal with them much. Breakfast was amazing!

We loved our stay! Stepping out the front door into all that the Paris Latin Quarter and St Germaine have to offer was one of the best things, but this charming hotel has more to offer than just location. Our executive double room was quite spacious for Paris standards. We loved opening the large windows and taking in the outside life just below us. Close the windows and curtains and the noise and lights of Paris were gone. My wife loved the large tub for bathing and the separate shower was wonderful. For me, sitting in the yellow window-side chair with the window open was a highlight. We did not take the breakfast and the in-room coffee was not good...but there are amazing places just outside for coffee and pastries. The front desk attendants were so friendly, always welcoming every time we walked in and out, and they were very helpful with our questions or with suggestions. We would stay here again for sure!
