The room condition was not bad but i didn't got my deposit (which was 100pounds) back so I emailed the service center but l didn't get reply either

직원들 모두 친절해요. 방은 조금 좁았지만 깨끗하고 아늑해요! 위치도 아주 좋아요! 언더그라운드와 가깝고 인근에 상점, 마트 들이 많아요. 7박 동안 훌륭했어요👍👍

공항에서 피카딜리라인 타고 한번에 올 수 있고 지하철에서도 캐리어를 끌고 3분 정도면 도착할 수있는 위치입니다. 유명 관광지까지 튜브로 15~30분 안쪽으로 모두 가능하며 숙소도 깨끗하고 조명 침구 위생 모두 최상입니다. 트리플룸에 묵었는데 샤워실 물이 잘 내려가지 않는 단점이 있습니다.

Espace de chambre suffisant pour un court séjour. Nous étions 3, et l’accès à l’hôtel avec une poussette et deux valises a été pour le moins pénible en raison d’un manque d’aménagement. Cependant l’hôtel était calme et le lit très confortable. Idéalement placé, il est parfait pour des visites

Great staff, great value

I read a lot of negative reviews online about this hotel after booking and it made me really nervous but I’m pleased to report there were no rats as reported the money deposit was in my account before I go on the train home the staff whilst at times were blunt were also very helpful with what I asked of them the hotel was clean and modern the bathroom even had heated flooring I was in the smallest room available which was a single bed room but there was still enough room to move around and was typical of a single room in any British hotel I’ve stayed in. The location was amazing in the beautiful Earl’s Court and the station was only a couple of minutes walk round the corner I write this to ease the mind of future visitors I would 100% visit again. Great value for money in a beautiful London hotel. My absolute only discrimination would be that in my particular room they could’ve hoovered up a bit better and under the bed wasn’t hoovered at all but again for £50-60 a night in a London hotel which is very modern and in a great location I am overwhelmed with value for my money.

Room was excellent.

Modern, clean room with a great location. Only negative was the fact it was a bit warm! But that’s personal preference. Would recommend and stay again.

tout était parfait, la chambre était super propre et bien, l’hôtel est bien situé ( station de métro à 2 mb à pieds, proche de notting hills, de victoria oxford), rien à re dire. j’y retournerai.

Good clean and modern rooms. Location is excellent. Literally around the corner from Earls Court tube and area around in Earls has a nice independent bars and restaurants. Would definitely use again.

La climatisation n'était pas fiable... mais le reste était super. Très propre, beau, bien agencé, ... le petit déjeuner n'est pas assez qualitatif.

Zimmer an und für sich sehr schön aber auf der Matratze waren sehr viele Haare was schon ein bisschen eklig war. Die Gegend ist super U-Bahn ist gleich in der Nähe und auch Gelegenheiten zum essen genügend vorhanden.
