부모님이 묵으셨는데 굉장히 만족하셨어요 위치도 좋고 따듯하고 친절하시다구 좋아하셨습니다~

장점 -히드로공항에서 피카딜리라인 타고 한번에 올수 있음. (약 40분 걸림.) -지하철역에서 호텔까지 가까움 (걸어서 3분) -주변에 핫한 음식점, 카페, 테스코, 부츠, 펍, 은행 다 있음 -리셉션 친절함 -트윈베드룸 예상보다 제법 넓음. 28인치 캐리어 한 개 펴둘 수 있음. -넉넉한 크기의 옷장 단점 -5박 했는데 침대시트 안 갈아줌 -수압 약함 -샤워실 보일러 시끄럽고 물온도 오락가락 -침대 너무 물렁해서 허리아픔

Good location, reasonable price. 5 minute's walk away from Gloucester station. I went for a walk to Natual History museum, even to Kensington garden. Calm and decent neighborhood. Room facilities were overally ok. Despite unexpectedly water-fall from ceiling shower head and midnight noise that sounds like air or liquid flows down pipes. They were not that serious. Electric tea pot was very useful. Kind staffs.

3명의 가족이 머무르기에 좋았습니다. 조용하고 아늑한 방과 깨끗한 침구가 있었구요 트리플베드가 넓은 방에 있었고 드라이어도 있었습니다. 역에서 가까운편이고 역주변에 작은마트와 스타벅스 버거킹등 편리합니다.

위치, 시설 모두 만족 단 겨울에는 실내온도가 낮아서 추움.

주변이 조용하고 교통편이 좋음. 조식도 만족함.

There were ants in the first room they put me in so they switched me to a different one (very nice) except they pestered me to have to switch back to the original room once they “sprayed the room” since the room they had to move me in based on the unsanitary conditions was an “upgrade.” They did not follow through with having me switch back, but the rest of my time in that room was swelteringly hot even with the air conditioner on full blast. I had to wet a towel and lay it on me to cool down enough to sleep.

Hotel Villa Kensington in London Insgesamt sehr gut, aber mit Abstrichen bei der Einrichtung und Baustelle gegenüber Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Villa Kensington in London war insgesamt wirklich gut bis sehr gut. Der allgemeine Service, die Abläufe und die Gastfreundschaft ließen keine Wünsche offen und haben für eine durchweg positive Erfahrung gesorgt. Es gibt jedoch zwei Punkte, die man vor einer Buchung wissen sollte: Die Möbel in den Zimmern sind mittlerweile sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen. Hier hat die Ausstattung ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich und könnte definitiv eine Modernisierung vertragen. Direkt gegenüber dem Hotel befindet sich aktuell eine Baustelle. Wer tagsüber im Zimmer Ruhe sucht oder morgens lärmempfindlich ist, sollte diesen Umstand im Hinterkopf behalten. Abgesehen von der Einrichtung und der Baustellensituation gab es jedoch absolut nichts auszusetzen. Alles andere war wirklich top, weshalb das Hotel unterm Strich immer noch eine klare Empfehlung und solide vier Sterne wert ist.

Very good location and there is a lift!

The room, although a tad small, was very clean and had everything I needed including working air conditioning. Towels and toiletries were provided. Shower was hot but the water pressure could have been a bit higher. Overall, a very pleasant stay and was great value for money considering its' location.

We booked the hotel for a short two day stay. As we arrived early in the day we dropped off our bags at the hotel and informed the clerk that we'd be checking in late on that same evening - no issues with this. After a long day and arriving at 23.30 we were allocated a room on the basement floor, located near the staff room, store cupboard and emergency exit door of the premises. The room was cold and was quite clearly affected by damp as could be seen on the badly stained carpet and the wall damage. There was zero insulation in the window and the heating system was loud but did not help the situation at all, even when set to 26 degrees (which should be boiling). Furthermore, there was a big hole underneath the room door that did not provide reassurance regarding any insulation. The bed linen provided was stained and hairs were also found. We complained to the staff member on shift who was apologetic and changed the linen for us but could not change our room due to availability - we were told to speak to the manager in the morning. The next morning the manager didn't seem to fully understand our frustrations and even thought we were complaining about a "rat incident" that happened the same night (not reassuring with our door concerns). We were offered a change of room to another floor and complementary breakfast but we opted to leave and booked another hotel. We're writing this review for awareness more than anything else. We'd not recommend. We have been fully refunded.

We stayed for one night and the location is fantastic — a very short walk to Gloucester Road Underground and easy to reach Kensington High Street and Kensington Gardens, with plenty of amenities nearby. The room was clean and functional, although quite small and only had space for one bedside table. Unfortunately, we were placed in a basement room between the lift and the breakfast room. The soundproofing was very poor and we were woken early by staff setting up breakfast. Our window also backed onto what seemed to be a generator or air conditioning unit that ran constantly throughout the night. Breakfast was okay. Overall, we would only recommend staying here if you are in a room away from the basement, as the rest of the hotel may offer a much better experience.

Breakfast was very basic, even for a continental. Bed was rock hard. Pillow was rock hard. Room was air conditioned which is nice. Bathroom was disheveled, with mould behind the shower and toilet, but otherwise clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
