Well, we did not stay here since the hotel has some problem with the air conditioning as well as flood. they put us another branch hotel in other location and that was good. But we heard that this hotel is also nice. It would be nice if we could stay here next visit

Would recommend, location is far from downtown but still accessible.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Catalonia Castellnou. We arrived before our 3pm checkin time and the staff held our bags while we explored Barcelona before checkin. Not more than a 5min walk to public transportation, the hotel was very accessible to other parts of Barcelona. My family of three stayed in one room, with each of us having our own twin bed, which was just big enough for the three of us. The hotel is tucked away in a beautiful and quiet courtyard. There is a small albeit lively restaurant right next door which was great for a quick bite to eat. Overall, I would recommend.

Habitación sencilla Personal amable pero sin formación y poca colaboración Falta de agua una mañana (problema exterior al hotel) pero ninguna consideración o detalle a la salida para compensar la falta de poder haber una ducha.....onsimplemente poderse haber levantado connlas comodidades básicas!

Chegamos no hotel dia 24/12, ficamos 5 dias sem elevador, ar condicionado num funciona, o quarto ficou ser ser limpo duas vezes mesmo com o papel na porta. O quarto tem um bom tamanho mas cheira mofo e a recepção também tem um odor forte. O cartão da porta nunca funcionava, subíamos as escadas e tínhamos que voltar na recepção para recarregar. O café não posso falar pq não optamos pelo serviço. Não ficaria novamente.

El hotel es muy bonito y comodo, la atencion excelente, el personal super amable, las habitaciones son comodas, nuevas y limpias. El desayuno completisimo. La unica queja es q por un problema mecanico no funcionaba el ascensor y no podian repararlo, pero al menos debian hacer algun tipo de descuento o algo similar por eso por q eran 3 o 4 pisos por escalera. Es mi unica queja, por lo demas podrian subir la categoria a un 4 estrellas sin problemas

Clean rooms, great staff and quiet area w easy access to metro station.

El cuarto estaba comodo y limpio aunque un poco pequeño para tres. El staff amable. El desayuno estaba bastante bien. Pero comparado con otros hoteles en España, el precio me pareció un poco alto.

Bagno senza ventola.

Carefully with bees and the air condiinting, they show me a window ok the room and it was terrible small nothing compare with the picture. I paid 200 euros for one night and the air conditioner dos not work and I was sleeping like in a sauna. Next day I told them and no consideration at all. Won’t stay again for sure. They need to improve in services and the smell of the room was terrible. Keep the work so you guys improve for such an expensive hotel.
