24시간 카운터에 항상 맞아주시고 청소도 해주시고 되게 친절하셔서 좋았습니다!

여기서 4박을 묵었고 전반적으로 괜찮았으나 몇가지 불편한 점이 있었습니다. 1. 소음 : 제가 갔을 때 호텔 객실 공사중이었는데 아침부터 사람들 왔다갔다 하고 드릴 뚫는 소리 들리고 너무 시끄러웠어요... 그리고 방음도 잘 안되는 것 같습니다. 2. 출입 : 문이 항상 열려있는 게 아니고, 전체 건물 중 2층만 호텔로 사용하고 있다 보니 출입할 때마다 일일히 벨을 누르고 들어가야 하는게 불편했어요~ 3. 물을 끓일 수 없음 : 커피포트도 없고, 물 끓이는 시설이 따로 없어 객실에서 차를 마시거나 컵라면을 먹을 수가 없었습니다 ㅠㅠ 그럼에도 불구하고 장점은 1. 직원들이 전반적으로 친절했고 2. 객실 청소상태 좋습니다 3. 와이파이 그럭저럭 잘됩니다

Hotel Lyon is very good value for the money and location! If you just want a place to lay your head and shower in a brilliant location then this works for you. The place was clean and staff were fairly friendly. I would say a couple of things would stop me from staying here again. -No direct access to a kettle for hot water - there was a surprising amount of free toiletries (toothbrush, toothpast, vanity kit etc.) but honestly I'd rather have a kettle in my room. There was a machine outside which accepted coins for coffee but it was obviously your classic older machine coffee. But when I requested a kettle at the desk they leant me theirs but I had to give it back after using and obviously no mugs etc. - The other thing was the noise! Despite being held in an apartment building the constant noise was an issue- aircon and machines in the room made very loud noises and the residents / other guests in the building made it very hard to get a decent nights sleep. However, if you're here to party in the area this shouldn't be too much of a problem! Overall- I would recommend this hotel for the value and location to travellers who are here for a short time / to party! But as someone who likes her sleep and tea/coffee I will stay somewhere else in future.

The location close to beach access and comfy rooms.

Clean room, breakfast excellent, close to metro and attractions. Recommended A+

No need for AC. It does have. The buffet was great. The hotel is within an apartment complex, but it’s clean, quiet, the location is superb. We checked prices at other nearby hotels, they are almost double the cost. Overall it was a good choice.

Ac noise and did not cool enough. Price is extremely high for the room.

Clean room

Location, location, location! This place couldn’t be better situated. It was so close to everything, which made exploring incredibly easy. I was able to walk to the train station, and bus stops which made exploring even easier! I had read a review beforehand that honestly worried me, but I’d say don’t listen to that. The place was very clean overall, though a few small details like the TV remote could have been cleaned better. I came to Barcelona to go to the beach, explore different neighborhoods, and try new food, and this place made all of that super convenient. I also really appreciated the 24-hour reception and the secure building, which made me feel safe throughout my stay. The only real downside was that the WiFi could be a bit spotty at times. Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for a clean, safe, and perfectly located base for exploring the city.

No es lo que presentan. El hotel es un solo piso en un edificio. Cuartos pequeños. El desayuno no lo ofrecen en el mismo lugar hay que caminar a otro hotel. El desayuno si vale la pena estaba muy bueno y variado.

Hotel is in a good area. It's fine if you don't plan on spending much time there. The AC would not stay on all night which was a problem as the room is small and stuffy

O acesso pelo elevador não comporta passageiros e malas. Falta uma placa com maior visibilidade na portaria, indicando o nome do Hotel.

First, the staff was great! None of this is about them. The biggest issue was that someone walked into our room at 1:30am. They left immediately, and the staff did replace our keycards, but someone walked into our room at 1:30am. In relation to that, there is no door chain or lever to put across the door on the inside, neither is there any kind of safe to store anything. There is supposed to be a person at the front desk 24hrs a day, but they do step away sometimes, so security was something we were then really worried about. Lesser complaints, they make a big deal of the rooms being soundproof. They are not. Not even remotely. We were at the end of the hall and could hear every conversation being held in the lobby, and every noise from the neighbors and on the street. I feel the "soundproofing" isn't even that of a normal hotel. It's a quiet street, but misleading. The photos are a bit misleading, too. The picture of the modern building that says "street view" is not the building you will be in. The building you're in, isn't even the hotel. The hotel is one floor of the building. So you can't get into the building unless someone's at the desk and can buzz you in. They do not check who they buzz in. Also, small thing, but for the Americans who might see this, the elevator is incredibly small. An average sized US adult and one checked-bag might fit in very tightly. Also, "2nd floor" is the 4th floor. Otherwise, everything was clean.
