호텔은 낡았지만 청결하고 직원들도 매우 친절했습니다.

Very happy with this hotel. A bit hard to find the location at first but everything was wonderful. The check-in, check-out was easy, staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and safe, very close to the center. If you are sensitive with noise, the sound proof is not so good but it's like that in most Italian houses/hotels/apt. Wifi works great. If I remember correctly, I booked a single room with a single bed but they gave me a huge single room with two single beds attached! Thanks Hotel Sant'Ercolano I slept like an angel!

The location was ideal for my family, close to restaurants and the sites but not crowded. The room was a good size. The shower was a bit small and needed some repair as the water kept leaking out of the basin. The door is a bit loud and you can hear people coming in and out of their room because of the loud clicking. The maid service was great as we definitely needed fresh towels and a dry bath mat. Overall good for two nights in Perugia.

The staff was amazing. The room was lovely with a patio balcony where we were able to have snacks and drinks. Breakfast of a cornetto and cappuccino for 4 € can’t be beat. The staff deserve 10 stars!! Note … stairs- it is Italy.

Hotel ligt centraal in historisch centrum waardoor het een prima uitvalsbasis is voor je uitstapjes. We hadden als stel de twin room geboekt. Het was erg basic en kleiner dan gedacht zonder balkon of buitenzitje. Er kon wel een raam open naar het buitenzitje van de buren. Airco dus belangrijk. We waren veel weg dus was het feitelijk prima, mede door goede schoonmaak en dagelijks schone handdoeken. Bedden zijn goed. De badkamer met wc is wel te klein, je hebt er echt geen voldoende ruimte. Het is een oud pand wat tamelijk gehorig is. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, vooral Salim is een aardige man.

Although not for everyone, our room was on the 5th floor ( no elevator) but we had a small balcony at rooftop level that I enjoyed sitting out on and watching the swifts and soaring around. The location was excellent for walking everywhere

Hotel piccolo ma pulitissimo. Personale gentile. Colazione con un piccolo extra, caffè-cappuccino-cornetto. Posizione comoda e vicina al Centro.

This is a small hotel right in the middle of the old town so no big hills to climb to get into the centre. It’s a very old beautiful town with narrow streets and tall buildings. Therefore do not expect fantastic views from your room. The area is very quiet. The rooms are basic but clean and comfy. The bathroom is a little on the small side though with just enough room to turn on the spot. Perfect base for exploring the town.

Great location in the old town, only a short walk from the main square. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and made our stay very memorable. Beautiful room with a view.

Location was very good, and easy to access the main areas of town and the min metro stations. Property was in good condition and the staff were very helpful. The only challenge was as a 190+cm (6’3) man, the washrooms and toilets were cramped. But overall, good stay and was certainly worth the value.

The room was clean, spacious and modernised…. The heating was weak, temperature rovered around 19C, on the cold side.

Il costo è sproporzionato non c’è qualità con il prezzo che paghi, il personale è molto gentile.

Buon hotel e buona posizione

Our room was spotless and comfy. The hotel is in a great location in the historic center and an easy walk to the bus station.

Firstly the hotel is a nightmare to get to if you have a car, you had to make your way through parked cars up a very narrow lane. Receptionist spoke little English. Carpark was away from the hotel, hard to find with instructions given. Room a nightmare to get to with a case, third floor, no lift, 60 stairs to climb. Hotel was supposedly non-smoking, it stunk of weed/marijuana. Breakfast ordinary, stale croissants and bad coffee. Would not stay hear again.

Sem elevador. Quarto simples, mas colchão e travesseiros bem confortáveis. Não tem barulho de rua, mas dá para ouvir tudo do quarto vizinho.Banheiro bem pequeno. Manchas no chão do box, mas deve ser do calcáreo da água. O café da manhã é pago à parte (€4,00), sendo só um corneto e um café ou capuccino. Tem só 3 mesas e 2 banquetas. A probabilidade de tomar o café da manha em pé é grande. A recepção funciona das 8:30 às 11 e das 14 às 23 hs. Você recebe uma chave da porta da rua para o caso de não ter ninguém na recepção. É bem perto do centro histórico e da estação Pincello do minimetro
