Quirky hotel with character. Clean, nice staff, and great breakfast

Dejligt hyggeligt lille hotel. Personalet super søde og service hjælpsomme.

Close to metro and lots of restaurants in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and the building arrangement is old -- for example winding stairs, old lift, toilet separated from shower room but still the facility seems to have been upgraded --new paint and the hotel was very clean. The lobby is very cozy and modern to hangout. Staff helped with utenzils when we wanted to have some snacks. Overall a great place, I would come back.

Great stay with family of four including two teens. Comfortable beds and ample space . Staff were great and very friendly. Close to everything ; lots of great options for dining . We chose to use uber rather than local metro as so many great drivers who show you the sights rather than missing out travelling under ground metro as we were only there for 1.5 days two nights.

Nice hotel!

Chambre avec vis à vis professionnel. Aucune intimité sans rideaux fermés. Pas d'eau chaude ni l'apres midi, ni le soir, ni le matin. Chambre blanche sans âme, pas du tout adaptée aux étoiles annoncées Literie de qualité en revanche

I recently stayed at this hotel and although there were a few initial complications, the way they were handled was extremely professional and reassuring. The staff went above and beyond to resolve everything quickly and even offered us breakfast on the house, which was a lovely and much-appreciated gesture. A special mention to the gentleman at the front desk who wore glasses worked on christmas eve morning- he was incredibly helpful and delivered exceptional service throughout our stay. He made sure everything ran smoothly and even ensured we got to our taxi promptly, which really took the stress out of our departure. Overall, excellent customer service and a great experience

Nice stay at the Arvor - firstly the staff were really friendly and welcoming - well done you made us feel at home. Hotel was well located for us - liked the neighbourhood and access to sights, transport and dining. Overall a great stay - we highly recommend the Arvor to others - comfortable and affordable.

Chambre pas du tout insonorisé, on entend les gens extérieur et en intérieure on entend les gens parler et on comprend distinctement, on entend les réveillés… La dame de la réception nous a rien expliqué, pas très sympathique, le départ sans un mot, le reste du personnel avait l’air plus gentil. Chambre assez mal agencé. La lumière passe a travers la porte. Cela ressemble plus à un 2 étoiles qu’à un 4. Du coup le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas. On se retrouve avec une table dans la salle de bain, car rien pour mettre le papier wc. Mais l’ensemble était propre.

Virkelig hyggeligt hotel med venligt og imødekommende personale. Det ligger i en rolig gade i et hyggeligt kvarter uden for mange turister, men stadig med liv.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Great location. Staff went above and beyond to help us book train tickets.
