The worst hotel and experience ever. During my 3 days, 1. A/C was broken (Paris was 34oC) and no one cares about it. 2. Constant electricity power off (during this time fan is also not working of course) 3. Elevator broke down Manger was not in the hotel and reception’s feedback was ‘manager is on vacation.’ Hey I was also on vacation in Paris and you and your hotel gave me horrible time thanks a lot.

위치도 나쁘지 않고 친절했어요! 싱글룸은 작지만 혼자 오신 분들이 쓰시기엔 나쁘지 않을 것 같습니다. 낡은 호텔이라기 보다는 깔끔하고 세련된 느낌이에요. 디자인도 예쁘구요. 리셉션도 영어로 잘 도와줍니다. 근처에 프랑프리도 있고 7호선도 근처에요ㅎㅎ

사진의 깔끔하고 상큼한 느낌을 보고 예약했으나.... 로비에 들어서자마자 기름냄새와 음식냄새가 진동하고 엘리베이터가 가로 60cm, 세로 40cm?? 수준으로 한명 타기도 힘든 정도임. 그때문에 사람들이 계단으로 객실을 오르내려 삐그덕거리는 소리가 심각함. 새벽에 계속 깰 수 밖에 없음. 기타 욕실도 청결하지 않으며 전반적으로 추천하기 어려운 호텔임.

주변 교통시설이 좋으며,모로코 남자 직원이 친절하다. 가방,포크 기타 필요한 부분을 잘챙겨준다

I had a wonderful stay at the Bienvenue Hotel, a charming boutique hotel. I was fortunate to have Room 2, which offers direct access to the beautiful patio. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the rooms were spotless. While the bathroom could use an update, the shower was excellent, and the space was surprisingly generous compared to what I’m used to in Paris. I enjoyed my stay so much that I’ve already booked my next visit!

Accueil très agréable, les chambres sont assez grandes pour Paris et la localisation est vraiment bonne. Une adresse à retenir !

Lovely hotel for city centre access and close to many places and transport links

We liked the bedding and Diptyque products the hotel offered. But the hotel itself was in a poor condition, oven though they said it was renovated in 2018. Overall, it wasn’t a comfortable stay.

We've stayed at the Bienvenue many times and it's a gem of a place. Charming staff, lovely rooms with lots of character and comfort. And now there's even Diptique products thrown in the mix. A must stay.

A gorgeous hotel with lovely staff who went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful

There were so many stains in the room on the carpet and sheets. There was black mold in the bathroom.
