Throughout my last 20 years of traveling, the day time lady staff at this place is the worst hotel staff i’ve ever experienced in her continued condescending attitude. She gave stinky attitude from the very start we stepped into the hotel when we asked if the bed has twin or double beds, asked her some questions about the construction site next door (fully facing our window). The hotel itself is clean and in great location but she made us feel so unwelcome throughout our trip. And she requires you to leave the key at the desk every time you leave the hotel so it’s not like you can really avoid her.

Located in a great neighborhood of Saint Sulpice, with 12 min walk to Bon Marche and Jardin du Luxembourg just around the corner, Villa Madame offered a very pleasant stay for me and my husband. We were provided with room right in the garden. The soundproof wasn't great (we were able to hear the murmurs of afternoon tea conversations held in the garden), but this wasn't much of problem when we were sleeping, as there was no one in the garden at night. The location was great, with the 1st prize winning boulangerie for traditional baguette was just around the corner, and Saint Sulpice metro was about 5 min walk. Despite having stayed only 1 night, we were able to enjoy the beautiful garden and the interiors. Room was a bit small, even on the Paris-scale (which is relatively smaller size than other major cities), but still was very comfortable. We really enjoyed their bedding, towels, and slippers. The reception desk staff was friendly and let us keep our luggages for a couple hours after check-out and called a cap for us. A bit pricey, but would love to have stayed longer.

Fantastic stay with wonderful room (6 night stay). Easy location and staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the city.

Great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants and parks close by. Easy to walk to key sites like the Louvre, Notre Dame and of course the beautiful Seine River. Staff was wonderful and they’ve worked there a long time (25 years for one person we met) which shows how well they must treat their staff and how much the staff like working there. Cozy and clean rooms. Just great overall!

Room was up to date, bathroom well functioning and breakfast wonderful. All the staff were pleasant.

The service was incredible. Madeline in the breakfast room went above and beyond daily. Everyone was fantastic. Rooms were small, but well appointed.

Nice stay in Paris

The elevator was broken when we arrived. We had to carry our bags up 5 floors. It was fixed during our stay but broke again. The bathroom in the lobby ran out of hand towels on 2 occasions and I had to bring to the attention of the staff that replacements were needed. It just seemed like no particular person either cared or was in charge

What a wonderful hotel! Great location for metros, shopping, cafes & restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries…. The staff was so friendly and the room was impressive. Our stay was during a Paris heat spell and the AC kept our room very cool. The king-sized bed & linens were incredibly comfortable and we appreciated the in-room Nespresso machine. What an awesome hotel!

The hotel is on a fairly quiet street, which is a great find in Paris. It was convenient to many great locations by walking alone!

This hotel is recently renovated. The location is excellent especially in good weather as it is a block from Luxembourg and four blocks from St Sulpice. There is a school next door so you hear the children playing which we enjoyed otherwise a very quiet street. The air con and showers are good. The elevator is tiny so make sure you time check out accordingly. Only criticism is that they need more help at breakfast when hotel is full. Great staff .

the location was perfect for walk and sightseeing. very close to Luxembourg park, we enjoyed walking every morning. the staff service was great, very helpful and made us feel at home. breakfast was delicious. We had a wonderful stay, Highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

Renovated property. Great staff. Great location. Breakfast nice but need two people when hotel is full so can be slow. We love air conditioning and shower and location. Elevator is tiny so check out should be planned accordingly. It has rained every time we were there this year but I’m sure in good weather it is even better .
