Throughout my last 20 years of traveling, the day time lady staff at this place is the worst hotel staff i’ve ever experienced in her continued condescending attitude. She gave stinky attitude from the very start we stepped into the hotel when we asked if the bed has twin or double beds, asked her some questions about the construction site next door (fully facing our window). The hotel itself is clean and in great location but she made us feel so unwelcome throughout our trip. And she requires you to leave the key at the desk every time you leave the hotel so it’s not like you can really avoid her.

Located in a great neighborhood of Saint Sulpice, with 12 min walk to Bon Marche and Jardin du Luxembourg just around the corner, Villa Madame offered a very pleasant stay for me and my husband. We were provided with room right in the garden. The soundproof wasn't great (we were able to hear the murmurs of afternoon tea conversations held in the garden), but this wasn't much of problem when we were sleeping, as there was no one in the garden at night. The location was great, with the 1st prize winning boulangerie for traditional baguette was just around the corner, and Saint Sulpice metro was about 5 min walk. Despite having stayed only 1 night, we were able to enjoy the beautiful garden and the interiors. Room was a bit small, even on the Paris-scale (which is relatively smaller size than other major cities), but still was very comfortable. We really enjoyed their bedding, towels, and slippers. The reception desk staff was friendly and let us keep our luggages for a couple hours after check-out and called a cap for us. A bit pricey, but would love to have stayed longer.

Wonderful hotel, love to stay here when I’m in Paris

Hotel has been completely renovated and everything is brand new and tastefully decorated. Large comfortable room with sofa. Friendly, helpful staff. Garden was not available as the work had not be completed yet. Perfect for those who prefer a small, intimate stay.

Excellent staff and close to Luxembourg Gardens. Can get noisy around 10am thanks to the girls middle school next door.

Nice hotel, rooms a bit small, very small work space. Location great, in the middle of the central Paris nicest area (6th arrdt). Small detail: having to leave the key when you go out annoying if you are doing it (as I was) multiple times a day ;)

Amazing!

This is a true Gem within walking distance to Luxembourg Gardens! The hotel was renovated beautifully, and we were the first to stay! What a treat! Everyone was so kind, including Nelson and Agatha! The Breakfast Pastries were plentiful and amazing. (Madeline was awesome too) Our room was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was perfect! This hotel was within walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. We Highly recommend!!

The service staff at the front desk and cleaning/concierge and breakfast were very kind, hospitable, helpful and we greatly enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to come back and hear about the renovations that are planned. The only suggestion I have is to have the croissant fresher (:-) hot from the bakery down the street) and to have the shower head higher with the water spray going farther out. I was on my heals at the back of the tub trying to get closer to the water sprayer.

Property was ok, beds very comfortable. Rooms are on the smaller side and fairly old and dated. Believe this is what is known as “Parisian” so if that’s what you’re looking for then you’ll like it. If you’re looking for something more updated and modern, Paris is not the right city for you. Staff was courteous. We were told we had to leave our rooms keys at the front every time we left, but noticed several guests not doing that. Not sure why we had to. We were told it was for ‘security’ reasons.

Very welcoming small hotel in a great position to explore Paris and St Germain in particular. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee amazing. We arrived on my birthday to find a welcoming birthday wish, wine and macarons in our room. Such a lovely gesture. Would definitely return.

Tres bon accueil et hotel tres confortable

A lovely small hotel in a fab area of Paris. Our rooms were lovely although small. Close to lots of metro stations or walking to various sites.

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel. The hotel had prepared champagne for my birthday and we're fantastic the whole weekend through. We had some really bad news from home and had to leave in a rush so couldn't enjoy our stay in the way we wanted but we will return to make up for it one day.
