First, When I checked in, they just told me that my room would be without AC because it was out of order, I'd only get fan. that's unacceptable, because I ordered room with AC while booking and there was no notice before about unfunctioned AC. Second, my room located at 6th floor, but the problem is the small lift can only take me to 5th floor. so I should bring my large baggage to the 6th floor using stairs! I did it without excessive effort actually, but just imagine if customer is a woman or elderly who must be having big problem to deal with such situation. In spite of those drawbacks, actually this hotel has a perfect location. Although the room is small, but it is tidy and clean.
