데스크 직원 친절한 느낌은 아닌데 그저 그렇습니다. 영어로 소통은 잘 됬습니다. 안에 세탁시설은 없어서 주변에 있는 코인빨래방가서 했습니다.(걸어서 5분거리) 아침식사는 따로 신청안했고 주변에 식료품점이 많아서 거기서 사먹었습니다. 카드키 빼면 냉장고가 작동을 안해 우유같은걸 보관하긴 어려웠지만 가격대비 마트에서 사드시는걸 추천드립니다. 방은 엄청 좁습니다. 캐리어 2개를 펼칠크기가 안되고 안은 깨끗하긴 하지만 조금더 파리 시내와 가깝고 넓은 호텔을 추천합니다. 왔다갔다하는 시간과 돈을 무시못하고 숙박세까지 내니 가성비가 좋다는 느낌은 못받았습니다. 보증금 150유로를 내지만 체크아웃하면 돌려줍니다. 지하철역 가깝고 근처에 로컬식당 많습니다.

El servicio del staff es muy amable. Todas las chicas y los chicos de recepción fueron muy simpáticos. El hotel general está bien y sus alrededores son buenisimos. Es un gran lugar por la cercanía a todo. El cuarto del hotel es muy pequeño para dos personas, no podíamos abrir las dos maletas al mismo tiempo (por ejemplo). La puerta del baño nunca cerró, por lo que no existía nada de privacidad haciéndolo muy incómodo. La regadera tampoco es la mejor, ya que no salía bien el agua y solo era un chorro. En cuanto a la limpieza de la habitación, todo bien. Nos entregaron los jabones, hacían la cama y limpiaban de manera general. Si buscas comodidad y espacio, quizá este hotel No es para ti. Si buscas estar cerca de todo y llegar solo a dormir, esta es la opción. Por cierto: el desayuno es caro para lo que sirven. Es mejor hacerlo afuera.

Hotel bien rénové avec gout. Vitrage exterieur atténue les bruits de circulation. Chambre un peu petite. Bon accueil.

Great location

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our location was great, close to great restaurants, cafes and public transport.The room was comfortable with enough room.

The property was nice and clean. But very small. We didn't spend much time in it, which was not an issue, but the shower area is very small.

I highly do not recommend people to go there. The man at the front desk was extremely rude from the time I entered. I ignored it thinking he just had a bad day. But when I left, I asked if there was a problem with their wifi and he responded extremely rudely, perhaps it's your phone that does not work. He then continued to go on and on with insult, screaming and told me if I don't like it there, I can leave now. Since it was raining, I stayed by the exit door to wait for an Uber, he choose to continued to curse at me from the front desk. The maid was also rude and as I walked in my room in the afternoon to rest, she was there and just stared at me until, who I think was her boss, finished the job for her and they left. Also, they took a charge of $70.00 in case I would take anything extra, like drinks or I do not know what else. Supposedly, that amount will come back to me since I did not take breakfast or anything else for that matter. I am still waiting for an email informing me that the money will come back. Horrible experience and horrible customer service.

Aircondition in room did not work. Sink in room and not in baathroom . Could not switch on light in bathroom without switching on light in room. Central area close to public transport but also by a noisy road. Positive: fridge in room. Friendly staff.

Lovely staff, great location because it’s not so touristy, more local feel, but still close enough to see a lot of sights within walking distance. The room itself is on the small side (but I think that’s typical). The AC is not the best, and the bathroom is split, with a really tiny sink. But the hotel is cute, clean, and great location. Would stay again!

I have never received a final receipt. I need this for my business expense report. I presume there were inattentive and emailed it to the incorrect address. They did not offer to print a copy.

The room was small and the A/C was not to good. I had to go down to front desk a couple times about it. And 1 night sent an email early in the morning because we did not have A/C over night. Metro is close, grocery store close, dining options close. There is a great place down the street that makes good crepes and an Awesome pizza place on the street in back of the hotel.

Ein zauberhaftes Hotel. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail und einem künstlerischen Touch. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sauber. Gut gelegen nahe der Metrostation. Hat uns gefallen...gerne wieder.

The room and safe were lovely! As a woman traveling alone there was never a moment I felt unsafe at this hotel! I will say it is about 45min-1hr walk to the tourist district of Paris. HOWEVER, there are many bus and metro (tube) terminal within 2min walking distance that can get you anywhere you’d like! Would highly recommend for the price and service of this hotel.

We recently stayed here for two weeks and loved it. The staff at the front desk were wonderful and friendly. The maids kept the room clean and fresh each day. The hotel itself is very conveniently located near the Metro stop and we found it very easy to go anywhere we wanted to in the city. There are many cafes, bakeries and restaurants all within easy walking distance. As expected in a urban hotel, the room was small but very liveable. One drawback is that there is a fire station 2 blocks away, with daily siren noise. We would definitely return to this hotel.
