호텔에서 3번 방을 옮김 / 1. 1층 이코노믹 화장실 창 불투명 유리. 커텐 없음. 밤에 안에서 불켜면 밖에서 실루엣 보임. 건너편 건물이 마주하고 있어 누구라도 창열면 보임/ 2. 직원과 실갱이 벌이며 보여준 업그레이드라는 방 역시 화장실 창이 같은 조건이라 거절 /3. 페미리룸으로 옮김. 화장실 창 없음. 그러나 40분 동안 더운물이 안나와 방 또 옮김/ 4. 마침내 편안한 방으로 배정해줌./ 1명의 예의없는 직원(호텔주인 부르라 하니 태도 바꿈) 하나 빼고는 직원들 대체로 친절함 / 호텔 위치 및 청결도 굿/

스페인광장 쪽에 있어서 관광하기에 좋았지만, 바로 앞 레스토랑 근처에서 악기 연주를 하시는 분 때문에 좀 시끄러웠어요. 그래도 식당 문 닫으면 조용해서 수면을 방해할 정도는 아닙니다. 와이파이는 잘 터졌고, 조식은 이번 여행 중 제일 별로였어요.

3일을 머무르는동안 작지만 편안한 객실이었습니다 직원들도 친절했고 개미를 몇마리 마주친것 외에는 청결상태도 좋았습니다 직원들도 모두 친절하고 아쉬운 점이 있다면 난방이 더 잘 되었으면 하는 바램입니다

위치는 좋습니다. 욕실이 작고 불편합니다. 청결상태는 보통입니다.

Very comfortable bed and clean room. Excellent staff who were all very helpful. Will stay again.

The room was very warm and in April no options to cool it down. Opened windows but there were no screens so bugs came in Location was fantastic. Less than a block to the Spanish Steps 7 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. Time if restaurants close by and lots of shopping.

What a hidden gem steps away from the Spanish steps. Staff was so friendly and warm- room was clean, absolutely loved our stay there. Will def book again

The staff was excellent - I had booked a 3 person stay but my daughter (studying in Italy) joined us and they were able to accommodate that change which I was very grateful for knowing that 4 people in a European hotel is a lot to cram in. We had stayed here previously (2023) and this time it felt like we were in a whole different hotel - it felt older and more compact that our previous experience (which, to be fair was only for 2 people in a different part of the hotel). Bathroom was very tight and a bit challenging to navigate and you could hear other rooms quite clearly. However, it's a great location - just a few blocks from the Spagna Metro stop and down the block from the Spanish Steps - so I still recommend it - maybe just not for 3 or more people in one room!

In a terrific location, very convenient to the Metro. Nicely furnished rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. We didn't take advantage of breakfast but it looked good. Our windows opened to the street which got quite loud a couple of mornings, even with the external and internal shutters closed, but I think this is common to most hotels on narrow, popular streets. One other thing, which we had at hotels in Venice, Florence, and Rome, is that the TVs show only Italian channels. Would have been nice to see some news in English.

This hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Spanish steps and the metro station. There were lots of restaurants nearly. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Only issue was the pillows were not comfortable and we only had one ea h.only other suggestion would be to have a kettle or coffee maker in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Camera molto spaziosa, abbastanza pulita. In bagno purtroppo c'era muffa abbastanza diffusa, sul soffitto. La doccia era in ogni caso abbastanza grande e la temperatura dell' acqua era perfettamente regolabile. Colazione essenziale ma tutto sommato gradevole. Personale, sia in portineria che in sala colazioni molto efficiente e disponibile. Prezzo nella norma.

Posizione strategica vicinissimi piazza Spagna . Tranquillo .

Absolutely everything I'd hoped for in a quaint Roman hotel. Such kind staff who helped me through a much-drlayed baggage debacle. The room was charming, so comfortable, unique well-appointed blue-tiled bathroom. Great morning lattes with breakfast. Ideal! Will recommend to all!

Great hotel in a very nice area with many restaurants and attractions. Rooms were clean and maintained. Service was excellent. Tiberio at the front desk was very helpful and attentive to our needs. He was great along with the rest of the staff. There have been some complaints in the reviews about Room 106. Our friends stayed there and they said it was fine.

Struttura in posizione strategica , comoda e facilmente raggiungibile. Camera pulita e confortevole anche con arredi poco moderni

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Piazza di Spagna. Just one night but everything was wonderful. They even helped us with transportation to the airport. Great location and amenities. Highly recommend.
