4성급 호텔입니다 아늑하고 조용하지만 휠체어 장애인은 사용하기 불편합니다 엘리베이터도 작고 통로도 지나가기가 위험합니다 도와주는 사람이 꼭 필요합니다

도착했는데 예약한 트리플 객실이 당일 하루숙박이 안된다고 해서 당황했습니다 첫날 두개 객실을 주어 지냈지만 짐을 다시 싸야했습니다 다음날 이동한 객실의 금고는 사용할수없게 되어 있었고 화장실 휴지통이 그대로 였습니다 중간에도 화장실 페이셜티슈는 채워지징 ㅏㄴㅎ았습니다 그러나 전반적으론 만족스러웠고 위치가 개선문 샹젤리제거리에서 가까웠서 관광하기에 좋았습니다

위치가 좋아서 .. 이동이 편리했고, 깨끗했어요 1층에 객실을 받아 걱정했는데 관리를 잘하는 것 같아요 불편함이 없었어요! 그런데 아침은 좀 .. 근처 로컬 카페이용이 더 좋겠다 싶어요

nice rooms with bathtub. they need to review the breakfast sometimes the cheese was bad for example.

The room was a decent size. The staff was ok. The distant from the metro was fair. Walkable neighborhood, good food options around.

Clean room, renovated bathroom, Staff are nice and helpful and hotel is close to everything.

Generally very good for the location and price.

Franchement, on m'a donné une chambre, où je ne passe pas sous la douche ni ne rentre dans la baignoire. Je fais 1M90 certes, mais ce n'est pas exceptionnel. Bref, un accueil tout juste poli sans excès. Dire que cela se présente comme un 4 étoiles est une plaisanterie.

Fantastic location hotel is great just what you need, great bed and the room cleaning was spot on we didn't do the breakfast option as we wanted to explore but it did look fantastic, would definitely stay here again thanks for a great trip

Room is clean , parking is challenging.

Plutot un 2 étoiles, odeur nauséabonde dans les parties communes, équipements des chambres vétustes. Bien situé et personnel du jour sympa, mais le veilleur de nuit est un odieux personnage qui n'a pas sa place à la réception d'un hotel; attitude honteuse et inacceptable.

This hotel is quiet and small. The rooms are what you would expect in French hotel. The bathroom is a good size. The room had a small fridge which was not cold. The staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator is really small but nostalgic of an old elevator. There were shops around the hotel and Uber was easily accessible from this location. I would definitely stay again as this was a nice area. Oh, the bed was comfortable and I appreciate that they had extra pillows!

This hotel is not big, the rooms are lovely and clean - the service from the front desk was magnificient. I will come back.
