세비야 산타 후스타 역과 가깝고 서비스가 좋습니다. 입구 계단부터 리셉션, 리셉션부터 각 층으로 가는 엘레베이터가 있어서 매우 편합니다. 방도 깨끗한 것 같습니다. 하지만 방 크기가 다소 작으며 시내 중심지와는 거리가 있습니다. 기본적으로 비누, 샴푸, 바디워시, 샤워캡, 빗, 티슈를 제공합니다.

침대가 너무 안좋다. 방도 생각보다 좁고.

호텔에 도착했더니 전산오류로 인하여 예약은 되어있으나 방이 없다는 황당한 경험을 했다. 그러나 재빨리 근처 같은 계열 호텔로 방을 잡아주고 이동시켜 주어서 그나마 다행이었다.

예약이 풀이어서 같은 계열 호텔로 연결해주었는데 빠른대처로 기분 좋게 서비스 받았어요. 원래 이른시간 이동으로 조식불포함이었는데 아침에 피크닉 도시락까지 새세히 준비해주었어요.

시설, 서비스등 특별히 좋지도 않은 그냥 평범한 호텔. 플라맹고 공연장과 역에서의 거리가 가까운점은 좋았음.

We had an excellent family stay in the pleasant and convenient hotel. Our rooms were well equipped and we enjoyed lounging in the public areas, especially the rooftop bar and pool deck, where the staff, and Esther in particular, looked after us all.

Really convenient stay not far from the airport. Good facilities and calm area, so quiet but in easy walking distance from centre. Staff were friendly and great views from the rooftop bar. Car park was handy and cost what seems to be the going rate, secure underground, little tight for manoeuvring so bear in mind if you have a bigger vehicle.

No repetiría en ese hotel jamás. El personal de recepción a nuestra llegada no nos informó debidamente de nada: no nos dieron la clave wifi, ni el horario del desayuno… solo preocupados que firmase y leyese las normas de la estancia de nuestra mascota (caniche toy) Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación dos veces por el fuerte olor a humedad que salía de la baños. La piscina es enana y el agua estaba sucia. Llena de gente, por tanto había que esperar un ara meterte, bebiendo alcohol y fumando con lo que si vais con niños como yo no lo recomiendo. El último día el aire no iba bien baje a recepción y ni se molestaron en subir a mirar. Entiendo que como nos íbamos les dio igual. El reo estábamos en plena ola de calor en Sevilla y fue muy desagradable. No recomiendo este hotel a nadie.

El lugar está bien para una estancia rápida. Es accesible llegar a Casco Antiguo caminando pero con el calor, puede ser bastante pesado. La alberca es muy pequeña y sin posibilidad de que te proteja del sol.

Gracias a todo el staff muy amable y las habitaciones muy cómodas, en la terraza y bar definitivamente Fran hace la diferencia! Saludos de sus vecinos de calle Venecia. De aquí mismo de Sevilla.

Lovely modern hotel with good transport links and only a 15-20 min safe walk away from the city centre where all the tourist sites are. Room was good size, comfy bed & large bathroom. I felt very safe here as a solo traveller. Staff helpful & maids friendly. Rooftop pool a nice little addition during the siesta period, was always able to get a sunbed even though it’s quite a small area. Would stay again :)

My husband and I enjoyed the time in the hotel! Staff was amazing, Hotel offers many facilities such as an amazing Roof Top Bar with Pool. We really enjoyed cooling down after exploring the city! Breakfast Buffet was AMAZING! Whole Hotel was really spotless! Thank you once again.

Very clean, and very quiet. We had a broken air conditioning for the first night during a heat wave. Manager helped me to change room.

Room was clean, fantastic large comfy bed. Door in shower and shampoo holder need some attention. Free water in room, breakfast delish. Pool area was busy and did feel like we had been taken to commercial roof top and here is the tiny pool! Not enough umbrellas. Oh and the towels are kept down in reception and the guy behind counter didn’t offer them to us when we asked which lift to use to get to pool!! Lovely water spray bar area. 8/10 overall

Lovely stay, clean good sized rooms and great breakfast. 20 minute walk into the old part of the city.
