중심지에 위치한 호텔이 교통이 너무 좋았습니다. 공항에서 호텔들올때 우버가격도 16유로 냈구요. 트렘타도 좋아요~ 바닷가와 시내 기차역등 걸어서 5분~30이면 어디든 갈수 있어요. 친절한 직원들도 너무 좋았어요. 다음에도 갈 기회 된다면 당연 여기로~~~갑니다.

7일간의 니스여행을 예정하고 숙소위치를 고심하던 끝에 Nice Ville기차역과는 1km 거리이고, 복잡한 구시가지와는 500m 정도로 적당하며 라파에트백화점과는 바로 길 건너에 위치한 라피엣으로 니스숙소를 정한 것은 정말 탁월한 선택이라고 생각하면서 기쁜 마음으로 택시에서 내렸지만, 호텔현관을 열고 계단을 마주친 순간 정말 암담했습니다 ㅠㅠ 리뷰 어디에서도 계단얘기를 접하지 못했었기 때문이었죠 혹시나 하는 마음에 빈몸으로 한 층을 올라갔는데 프런트에 가냘프게 생긴 여직원이 앉아있어서 나도 모르게 한숨이 나오는 그 때 짐을 도와드릴까요?라는 의외의 멘트를 날리며 저보다도 먼저 아래층으로 뛰어 내려가서 긴 여행에 지처있던 아내의 가방을 옮겨준 ♡발리나♡는 정말 고마운 분이었어요^^ 해외여행을 많이 다녀봤지만 여성분이 가방을 옮겨준 경험은 처음이라 넘 놀라왔습니다~~ 여행하는 동안과 귀국하고도 만나는 사람들에게 천사를 만났던 놀라운 경험을 말한답니다~ ♡발리나 당신은 천사같은 분이랍니다♡

위치가 좋아서 어딜가던지 편하게 다닐수있어서 좋았습니다.무엇보다도 로비에 정수기가 있어서 편했습니다.

The room was clean and spacious. It suited our needs well. The staff were kind and helpful when we needed them. The AC worked well for the most part. We had a slight issue one day, but they were able to sort it out for us pretty quickly. Really nice and conveniently located. Just note that there are stairs to the first floor/reception and no elevator.

Room was very clean and functional. Hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is in a very good location, with a 15 minute walk from the train station and 10/15 from the waterfront.

Ett litet, trevligt hotell med bra läge. Nära till Gamla stan, havet & kommunikationer för resa till & från flygplats. Hjärtligt mottagande av personal i receptionen. Rent & fräscht!

Perfect location for walking to the Promenade and Old Nice! Lots of nice cafes around the area for breakfast if you choose to not pay for breakfast at the hotel. Cannot fault this anything about this hotel, the staff are all so lovely and helpful. There are free beach equipment for guests to take to the beach and can rent beach towels for €7. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good location and easy stay! 10/10

Room was too small for 4 people. There is no elevator we had to struggle up the stairs with heavy luggage. They kept forgetting to clean our room

Victoire and her team were excellent and hospitable from the time we arrived and throughout our 4 day stay. We loved the location! Very walkable!

Great place that you won't regret. I will definitely come back if I return to Nice. My only suggestion for the place is that they need to be stricter with kids running around the property. There was a family that had multiple rooms and kids and they would allow the kids to run back and fourth around the rooms at 7 AM. Kids need to run but that early the staff need to step up.

Great location nice room but the air condition hardly worked and room was warm at night on such a hot summer night. Called on staff to fix ac and it was never truly resolved

Amazing location close to all shops and lots of restaurants as well as public transportation. The room is very clean and very modern even with fridge, stove, coffee maker really convenient. The service is great the staff is very friendly and willing to provide lots of info. Great value for the price.
