룸컨디션은 사진과 동일하였고 대신 건물은 좀 오래된 느낌이었습니다. 리셉션은 친절하였고 밤늦게 체크인했는데도 24시 체크인시스템이라서 전혀 문제가 없었습니다. 아침 조식은 간결하나 맛이 있었습니다. 해변과 역 둘다 가까운 위치에 있어서 관광에 편리합니다. 추천합니다.

니스빌레역에서도 가깝고 주변에 식당, 과일가게, 빵집 등이 있어서 편리해요. 무엇보다 직원들이 친절합니다.

깔끔하고 좋아요! 싱글룸 방도 큰편입니다

It was okay in general. Both of the bedroom and bathroom were very clean, and I very much liked this point. Also hotel is very close to the train station (Gare Nice-Ville, 5 min. on foot), it was very convenient for me to travel French Riviera by train. The hotel does not manage a restaurant except the breakfast buffet, but there are some nearby restaurants, which can complement this. Quality of the breakfast buffet was acceptable but not worth for its price (15 eur), and I mostly ate at boulangeries in the city except once. Moving on to downsides, there are nothing critical, but some to be noted. The lighting of the bedroom was a bit dark in night for me - darker than the bathroom. It might be intended setting but still inconvenient for me. Also the room was overstuffed for its size. There was a desk and a chair, but there was no room between the desk and bed, and I could not use the desk most of the time. I think a smaller bed should have been placed in such a small room, or the large bed should have been placed at the corner of the room, instead of the center. The hotel manages the lobby desk all day, but often it is unattended for a bit of time. Last point is the hot water. It may take around 10-15 minutes to get the hot water from the shower head, especially in the early morning.

작지만 깔끔하고, 해변까지 충분히 걸어가기 기깝습니다. 근처 기차역 5분 거리이며 몬테까를로까지 20분이면 갑니다. 스태프는 친절하고 바로 옆에 카페 있고, 근처에 수퍼마켓도 있어 편리합니다

호텔 인테리어 무난하고 객실 청결하고 아늑합니다. 조식 서비스 좋고 언제든지 무료로 마실 수 있는 에스프레소 머신과 100프로 천연 과일 주스 머신이 1층 식당에 있습니다. 매우 만족합니다.

기차역과 가깝다는 장점은 있는 반면 해변이나 중심가에서 다소 떨어져 있어 불편함도 있음. 전체적으로 가격대비 괜찮은 편임.

Only issue was it is quite a walk to the promenade but doable.

This hotel is a catfish! We got a room with nails exposed on the floor, and when we asked to move rooms they said it was sold out until we showed them our floors and magically they had a new room. The rooms were filthy and dated, it felt like you were staying in a hostel. The bedding was stained. The shower had someone else's hair and dirt on it. The sink had pink mold. The AC in our second room didn't work at all. Do not stay here. This is not a 3 star hotel it's more of a hostel. We were supposed to stay here again at the end of our stay and decided to cancel and book a diff hotel. The staff were nice and helpful, but the manager lied to us about the hotel having no vacancy and then he saw the nails on our floor and agreed to move us.

The staff was nice, location was great. Short walk to Jean-Medecine tram station, Nice-ville train station, to the beach and old town. Room was small (as expected for hotels in France), however shower cabin was so small that I had difficulty in washing my hair, as when I raise my arms, they hit the walls and I am a petite lady in the size of teenager. Not sure what can be done to fix it but it was stressful to take a shower. Although the surrounding is super quiet at nites, the walls are thin and you can hear all the conversation your next door neighbours are having. Also, I recommend that they cover the halls with a carpet as it makes a lot of noise when somebody walks. Breakfast was sufficient. Having a window was nice so that I could have fresh air in the room.

Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Location was good. The only negative was that the air conditioning unit was not effective. Overall, I was very pleased.

This was the best hotel we have stayed in on our European trip. Excellent service, (Russell was awesome) immaculate rooms and facilities. Should be a 4 star. Perfect.
