Affordable and simple hotel. Good location. Provided exactly what I needed. Recommend.

Pas de baignoire dans toutes les chambres, manque de minibar. J'ai réservé une chambre comfort pour la baignoire, lors du check in ce n'était pas assigné, mais la réceptionniste m'a upgradé en chambre supérieur pour l'avoir. Hotel plutôt bien placé

Ottimo albergo vicino alla metro pulitissimo colazione molto Buona e ricca di vari prodotti unica pecca il bagno un po’ piccolino .

The staff was inexperienced at dealing with guests and kept changing how they approached the request which was frustrating. Transparency and clarity was lacking.

It is a tiny room but tidy and calm, near Place Carnot. Very well-located and friendly staff!

Accueil agréable. Confort très correct. Chambre calme. Petit déjeuner correct. L'ensemble des prestations ne justifie cependant pas le tarif un peu trop élevé de la chambre.

When searching for hotel room I always make sure they have air conditioning. This one was listed as having AC but apparently they turn it off completely in the fall/winter months but it was nearly 70F and they put us on the top floor which made it even warmer. We resorted to leaving the windows open but then mosquitos got in and I got bit numerous times. Found other bugs in the room as well. Would not recommend, at least not in the cooler months.

Hôtel au pied de la gare, avec de nombreuses de toiles de tentes . Le soir, les environs ne sont pas sûrs. Chambres et salles de bains très petites. Sinon, parties communes et chambres propres et plutôt modernes.

Hotel molto comodo, silenzioso, letti molto comodi. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere tutta la città

RAS conforme aux attentes

Une chambre minuscule, vétuste et qui sent très mauvais à cause de la moquette et des rideaux vieux et imprégnés. Pareil pour l'oreiller qui sent l'animal et qui devrait être remplacé, on sent qu'il ne date pas d'hier. Ensuite, l'insonorisation est inexistante. Si vous êtes côté rue, vous participerez à la vie nocturne du bar qui se trouve au pied de l'hôtel. L'emplacement est toutefois excellent (place carnot) et le personnel très agréable. Pas suffisant pour en faire un bon rapport qualité prix, on n'y est pas.

Hôtel correct, accueil sympa mais la chambre donnant sur la place Carnot, c’était très bruyant.

The hotel is conveniently located next to train and bus terminal. It is walkable to many sites. The comfort double is very tiny with hardly room to turn around. It came with a kettle and one days worth of tea and coffee but we weren't given any for next day despite asking at the desk for more.

Buen lugar para hospedarse y cerca del trasporte y atracciones turísticas

Nice room with a cute view and good proximity to Lyon attractions. Hotel located right across from a homeless camp which was not ideal. Customer service was not great and they were not understanding about wanting some kind compensation for the wifi being down my entire stay which was surprising to me for a hotel. Wouldn't choose come back.

The hotel was in a good location and clean

une chambre juste au dessus d'un bar qui ferme tard... ce n'est pas tres reposant malgré le double vitrage

It was a wonderful and convenient stay. The hotel is renovated from the insight and the staff is very courteous.
