Chambre sale draps sale piscine sale ambiance zero alors que le personnel est plusieurs couloirs de chambres aussi vieux que l hôtel spa payant hammam aussi c'est hôtel vaut que 2 étoiles et pas 4 cela fait 10 ans que je fais tout Lloret il se dégrade de plus en plus

Me parece un hotel correcto, se pueden mejorar mucho las instalaciones, sobre todo habitaciones el resto aceptable. El comedor está muy pero que muy bien, está reformado, la comida muy bien, sin grandes lujos pero muy correcta. La piscina genial!! No hay que hacer guerra para las hamacas en general una gran experiencia, sin duda volveremos a repetir ya que a mi niña pequeña le encanta.

We hebben een erg prettig verblijf gehad. De kamer was schoon, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel was vriendelijk, gastvrij en altijd bereid om te helpen. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd en lekker, met voldoende keuze voor iedereen. De accommodatie is ook zeer geschikt voor gezinnen. Het enige kleine verbeterpunt is dat het soms wat gehorig was, maar verder was alles uitstekend. We zouden deze accommodatie zeker aanbevelen en komen graag nog eens terug.

La comida es excepcional, todo muy fresco, bueno y variado. El personal es amable y las instalaciones están bien. Los niños se lo pasaron muy bien el las piscinas.

Really kind staff and beautiful structure

The room was tidy and balcony large enough. I liked the pool area although it was difficult to find one sunbed at 11:00 - everything already reserved by towels… The powder coffee is not a real coffee and a choice of some juices (not powder drinks) would make the breakfast feel more like 4 stars hotel. The gym is very simple and is open from 10:00 to 20:00

Se trata de un hotel de grandes dimensiones y eso hace que algunos detalles no se puedan controlar o se les escapen. Buena estancia, pero mejorable. La ubicación es muy buena

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. La camera era molto pulita, curata e accogliente, con tutti i confort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La colazione era varia e abbondante con prodotti di alta qualità. Inoltre la SPA è stata una vera coccola, rilassante per staccare la routine. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel e ci tornerò volentieri.

El desayuno estuvo bueno, el café malo y el zumo también malo. Lo que me gustó variedad de panes, fruta fresca huevos, desayuno tipo inglés rico. El agua estaba fría, algo sucio alrededor y en la cafetería tenías que esperar mucho para que te atendieran, mucha gente y pocos empleados. Para hacer el check in tuvimos que esperar un montón desde las 16h hasta las 19y media,todo iba despaciopor la cantidad de gente que había esperando para entrar. El check out rapido y amables los chicos de recepción.

Camera pulita, ottima e varia la colazione e la cena. La spa non è indicata e per il poco tempo a disposizione non abbiamo chiesto. Molto bella la reception e le aree comuni.

.attente très longue avant d’accéder au restaurant le soir (plus de 30min d’attente ), personnel du restaurant pas très sympa sauf celle de l’accueil du restaurant. L’hôtel est vieillot pas mal d’installations cassées dans la chambre (il manquait un pied à notre lit et chaise cassée etc) Piscines agréables mais transats cassés.

I don’t like to leave pour reviews but our stay wasn’t the best. Very long queues at reception desk regardless of the time of day and not enough staff to deal with the amount of people. Our check in we was queuing for 35 mins and we arrived in the morning. Unfortunately 3 times my room key card didn’t work and alongside length waits for the lifts on certain days so up and down the stairs to be told I shouldn’t keep my card behind my phone which I DON’T it was kept in my purse. Another time a cleaning lady let us in as I think she could see my frustration. The hotel is either breakfast, half board, full board or all inclusive. This seemed to cause confusion for customers as only certain bars would serve all inclusive. We was breakfast only and was given a time to arrive 9-9:45am well what an absolute shambles!!! No tables, long queues for food especially eggs and by the time you got to your table all food was cold. 2nd day when we waiting and found a table and set it up and got some condiments drinks etc when I got back to the table with just bread as I wasn’t queuing for everything else someone had decided to take our table and was already eating! We just gave up and walked out. The pool area was manic and no beds unless you are down with your towel to put on a bed and then people going for breakfast or out for hours and staff did nothing. 2 life guards spent most of the time just chatting away stood together and no paying much attention to all the children. broken loo

La verdad muy buen servicio y el personal muy amable ubicación perfecta andando hasta el centro ,perfecto para familias.

Stayed a few times before so as usual no real complaints,although food could have been better this time
