I booked a room through hotels.com (confirmation 72066481287364) with two twin beds for Monday, October 13. When I arrived, I was told by the front desk woman that the hotel made an error and that my two-bed room was not available. I was shown to an unacceptable room with one double bed. I did not stay in the hotel.
I await a full refund of the booking fee. Please confirm.
