Heureusement que on a resté que une nuit, Trop de bruit avec les jeunes que sortent de boîte. Les photos du site ne sont pas vraiment la réalité. La réceptionniste très agréable et a l'écoute L seul chose de vraiment positive

Notre séjour a été dans l’ensemble décevant. Pas de lit double mais 2 petits lits qui grincent au moindre mouvement avec les draps pour petit lit. Notre fille a dormi sur un sofa et pas dans un canapé-lit comme décrit dans l’annonce. Obligé de réclamer des couvertures avec lesquelles nous avons eu froid … (pas de chauffage) Nous entendons tous les voisins. La nuit a été bruyante et nous pouvions les entendre prendre leur douche. La piscine intérieur est très trouble …

Il personale ,molto gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio comodo nelle vicinanze,piscina all'aperto molto bella, pulizie da migliorare,sopratutto nelle doccie.

The biggest problem we had was that there was no drop off at the hotel. We had 2 walk for a good 10 mins, but got given no directions to the hotel. This could be a problem for someone who does not understand google maps.

The swimming pool was great, some of the staff (e.g. at the swimming pool) was very friendly and kind - but not everything was excellent. There is no remote control for the airco, it's only on or off. We did not receive any clean towels during our stay, and for example, the safe in the bedroom needs to be rented per day separately. Also, the advertisement mentions a kitchen where you can prepare food. As we had children, that would have been welcome, but the kitchen hardly had utensils to cook more than a few eggs. There's parking close by for only e10 per day, which is welcome as it is almost impossible to find free parking in Tossa, also a Dia supermarket is around the corner

El apartamento estaba correcto, limpio i equipado, lo único el microondas que no funcionaba. En general todo el establecimiento necesita una reforma. La piscina genial y el personal muy amable

The experience was what I was expecting for the fair price we paid the location is good the hotel is 3 stars put very comfortable and the staff very helpful my family rate this holiday 5/5 and I will recommend this hotel to anyone in the month of June or middle of July

The room was not cleaned a single time during a week long stay. The room smelled like there was mold in it.

The hotel is located several streets back from the beach. Upon arrival was waiting 30 minutes to booking there are three stuff on reception but only one computer. There was no apologies for the wait and no service with a smile. The rooms have sofa beds so you have to make your own bed. There are lots of banging doors to be heard as soundproofing is to a minimum. The pool area looks good. Rooms were clean. Rooms have air conditioning but the temperature is set by reception staff who keep the remote control to operate it there is no control of this in the room. Bathroom and shower facilities were good. The location of the hotel and area was ok.

The property needs some renovation: in the bathroom and overall. There is no light in the kitchen.

Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage war sauber und gepflegt.

No me gustó nada la piscina climatizada, el agua estaba helada y los calefactores estaban apagados.

Es la segunda vez que voy y en general está muy bien, repetiré seguro!

Bra lägenhet och fin pool, men lite för långt bort från stranden och gamla stan.

Habitaciones y salón renovado. Falta renovar la parte de la cocina y el baño. No hay buena conexión con el wifi y al salón le falta luz. En general es un buen sitio. Recepcionistas muy amables y el aparthotel situado en una zona tranquila a un padeo de la playa.
