Great hotel friendly staff

Desde que llegamos, el aire estaba estropeado , durante los 3 días , nadie subió arreglarlo . Por otro lado cogimos el hotel por la terreza y sus vistas .se ve que estaba cerrada , cuando reserve no me avisaron . Y eso no es lo peor , viernes, sábado y domingo estaban en obras , tal ruido que no se pudo estar en hotel . Ni en la piscina. Lo único el personal de restaurante y cafetería muy respetuosos . Spa, nos cobraron aparte y 2 de las duchas no funcionaban , el hielo tampoco. En fin supongo que no les interesa , pero no volveremos ni recomendaremos .

Contraté una estancia de una noche en oension conpleta.No pudimos comer apenas puesto que por lo visto el hotel cierra por vacaciones ese fin de semana y la cocina estaba cerrada.No avisaron en ningun momento y solo ofrecieron un triste picnic. Lamentable. Era un regalo para mis padres y lo único que se llevaron gue un buen disgusto. Nunca mas.

There is building work going on which we wasn't informed! Very very noisy you can no relax. My mum is 80 not very good for her. Loose debrey on the floor whichbis dangers. Wednesday evening the builder dropped tools from about the 16th floor as my mum was walking past. That could of hit her!! I very upset

Lovely room and hotel.

Fantastisk utsikt, trevlig och serviceminded personal. Mycket generös och fräsch frukost. Aningen högljutt vid poolen på grund av pågående byggen i och runtom hotellet. Gymmet var i det minsta laget.

Lovely modern hotel close to beach good food

Fantastisk hotell med flott beliggenhet og en magisk skybar. Store fine rom. Vi var tre voksne på tur. Ble sovesofa og to enkeltsenger. Store enkeltsenger. Frokosten var uten sidestykke. Angret på at vi ikke tok fullpensjon. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Sauberes Zimmer, nettes personal, und super zentral alles zu Fuß erreichbar strand nur eine Straße überqueren und entspannen.

The hotel in general was good , breakfast options varied and quality good. The staff were very helpful and friendly . My only criticism was our view out the balcony was the extension of the hotel and building works which I wasn’t aware of . When I spoke to reception they said it should have been on website , which it wasn’t or on my booking confirmation that I could see. When by the pool and in the morning you could here the building works and obviously not great to look at
