그냥 고풍스러운 4성급 호텔인 것 같습니다. 전체적으로 서비스도 좋고 조식 가격도 괜찮으면서 질도 괜챃았으며 저녁 먹기도 괜찮은 식당이 호텔에 있어 그런 점도 좋았네요. 제 경우는 주차가 편한 외곽에 있어서 장점으로 작용했는데, 대중 교통으로 접근할 때는 약간 까다롭지 않나 하는 생각을 하게 되는 점이 유일한 단점이 될 것 같습니다.

시내에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 전망이 좋고 건물도 아주 깨끗하고 모던합니다. 숙소마다 개별 주차장이 딸려 있어서 차량을 타고 여행하는 사람들에게는 더 편리합니다.

This hotel is impressive and the Villas are fantastic!

I really liked this hotel. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. The entire hotel was clean and in good shape. Nice/friendly front desk staff. And I really enjoyed the breakfast; fairly good variety and all the food choices were very fresh. They have a shuttle that’ll take you to downtown but I believe it’s unavailable from 1-5pm so just plan accordingly. Watch out for the bathtub, I found the bottom of it to be very slippery

La habitación familiar no puede albergar una familia dado que el sofá cama no cumple con la condición mínima de ser plana. Imposible dormir en algo cuya forma es concava y para lo que el personal no dió solución alguna ni mostro siquiera interes en resolver

Es un hotel para familias. Si vas en pareja no lo recomiendo. No tenían camas de matrimonio.

The Hotel is just at the edge of town in Santiago. However, they offer a shuttle service to downtown every hour from 10 am to 8 PM. The hotel itself is great. We booked a villa and price was very good. Very roomy with a separate bedroom. Looks to be very new. Definitely recommend this Hotel.

It was a good stay overall. They have great transportation to the center of the city every hour and back to the hotel.

Beautiful grounds around property, including lovely pool area. Spacious hotel with ample parking a few minutes drive from the old town. AC did not work one of the nights we were there...

La peor experiencia de robo que he tenido. Publicidad engañosa indicando que tienen piscina, motivo por el cuál decidimos hospedarnos aquí con un presupuesto más alto, y al llegar, se nos notifica (falsamente) que el ayuntamiento no les daba licencia de uso de piscina. Digo falsamente,porque el sig día me hospedé en el centro y pude hacer uso de la piscina del lugar que igualmente era al aire libre. Personal grosero, deslindándose de responsabilidad por ofrecer servicios que en realidad no tienen disponibles.
