아파트먼트에 대해 설명할때 대성당의 사진은 빼주세요. 전혀 보이지 않음. 청소상태기 별로인 넓고 더운 아파트.

the location is very good

오래된 호텔이지만 청결합니다. 리셉션도 친절하구요. 대성당이 보이는 방이 좋으네요. 조식은 나쁘지 않은 편이에요. 순례길 중 편히 쉬어가기 좋은 호텔입니다.

위치가 정말 좋았어요 부르고스 대 성당이 바로 보이는 위치고 어디든 걸어가기 좋고요 시설은 조금 오래된 편이지만 깔끔하게 정리되어 있었고요 지내기 좋았습니다 ㅎㅎ 주차요금이 조금 비쌌던 것 같아요 ㅎㅎㅎ

고풍스러운 분위기. 성당을 한눈에 볼 수 있는 위치. 다만 호텔까지 계단이 많아 무거운 짐들고 이동하기엔 불편. 냉장고는 없고 tv 상태는 불량.

위치 최고. 욕실문이 잘 안닫히긴 했는데 깔끔하고 좋은 호텔이었어요. 창문밖으로 보이는 성당 풍경이 일품요

카미노 순례 중에 머물렀는데 부르고스 대성당 바로 옆이라 찾기도 편했고, 성당 전경이 보여서 전망도 훌륭했습니다. 직원들도 친절했구요. 아주 만족스러웠어요.

La ubicación es inmejorable. Pedimos habitación con vistas a la Catedral y es de ensueño. La habitación confortable y limpia. Cuentan con elevador. Si vas en auto puedes estacionarte en la calle sin problema y sin costo. El desayuno variado y bueno. El personal amable.

The shower was not fixied correctly

El personal fue muy amable tanto en el check in como en el check out, la ubicación es inmejorable y el parking también. El desayuno buffet muy bueno y muy amable el personal en el comedor.

Right next the cathedral of burgos, with a magnificent view of it full in the room window, and easy access to the town and restaurants, this is a wonderful experience for our short stay in burgos. Love it.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a stunning location, fight next to the Cathederal. They have their own garage, but there's no direct access to the hotel from there. However it is very close by. Buffet breakfast was very good. Some of the hotel rooms are a little dated, but they're clean and have all you need.

PRO: The location is just next to the cathedral. CONS: The lady at front desk (Carmen) was very dismissive and not courteous at all. NO PARKING unless you reserve it in advanced, and it seems that they only have a few spaces nearby. Impossible to reserve in advance if they never pick up the phone. We chose this hotel for the parking convenience paying more for the room than other hotels in the area without parking. We were surprised that at check in they were offering rooms on the website 30 euros cheaper of what we paid per night. The room was very clean but the emergency light inside the room turned on every 20-30 minutes for aprox 5 minutes, we informed the front desk in the afternoon (they were going to take care of it ). We came back late at night and we could not sleep with that light on and off. If you call the front desk they will not answer, you have to try calling at least 5 times for them to pick up the phone. I Wish they could have a better customer service.

Everything was great. Right in the middle of the old town, clean and comfortable room, nice staff.
