Prima uitvalsbasis voor alles omgeving Apeldoorn, in ons geval theater Orpheus. Zeer vlotte incheck; nette ruime kamer. Helaas 2 eenpersoonsbedden, dat vinden wij persoonlijk niks ook bij boeken hiervoor geen keuze opties gekregen. Badkamer prima en ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en gevarieerd. Personeel uitermate vriendelijk.

We stayed here also a year ago and the hotel has definitely taken a turn for the worse. They have removed the front desk and replaced it with self check in iPads. Whoever thought of this should be fired immediately: a hotel relies on its personal touch and human interaction. I’m young and able, but no guest arriving after a long journey wants to fill out info on an iPad! Everything about our stay felt cheap. The hallway to our room was freezing. The duvets are so thin that we called (from our cell phone because there’s no phone in the room) for a second duvet, the floor in the bathroom is unheated and freezing, and I could go on. Our son with baby had a second room and they informed us in advance that they charge extra for a baby cot (unacceptable). There’s a coffee station in the lobby and it says with big letters that if you’re a guest staying in the hotel, you’re not allowed to use this coffee station (also unacceptable). It’s Christmas but not a festive chocolate in sight (I could swear there were chocolates last year at the front desk!). No welcome note or welcome gift in the room. Everything about our stay said that this hotel is past its prime and won’t survive. Our stay was just mediocre at best. One positive: the gin and tonic with berries in the bar is fabulous and the bartender was great (tip for the hotel: keep him).

Det var iskoldt på værelset da vi kom ind. Fik dog sat noget varme på efter henvendelse til receptionen. Badeværelset var dog fortsat iskoldt, da der ikke var nogen radiator eller anden varmekilde.

Middagen var af så dårlig kvalitet

Ruime schone kamer met goede bedden. Inloopdouche met regendouche. Uitgebreid o ntbijtbuffet.

Kamer met vuil balkon dat dringend moest geschilderd worden en uitzicht op een vuile speeltuin. Iedere voetstap van de bovenburen was te horen. Geen enkele attentie bij aankomst, zelfs niet het basic flesje water in de kamer. Enkel basic zeep in badkamer, geen sewing kit, douchekap...Receptiepersoneel dat niet eens moeite deed even te knikken toen we voorbijkwamen.Men vroeg ons dan ook nog met aandrang om de kamer niet te moeten schoonmaken omwille van het milieu maar er werd echter niets in de plaats gedaan bv een boom planten. Dit is allesbehalve het niveau van ern Bilderberg hotel. De prijs is nochtans stevig. We zijn erg teleurgesteld.

Paleis Het Loo ligt op nog geen 100m. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijtbuffet biedt een ruime keuze. De standaard kamer was ruim en voorzien van een koelkast alsmede koffie en thee faciliteiten.

the stay was good as always but be aware of following payment problem: When you pay in advance via Expedia, the hotel will require a full payment again during the internet check-in. Only when you ignore the complete electronic check-in via the net, you will have to pay the remaining local tax and “service” charge. So don’t respond to their continuous requests to check in up front when you have made a payment vie Expedia. It is an known error in their reservation system, so be aware!

Het was een nette ruime kamer. Vond het wel erg koud met de airco aan. Die kon alleen via de receptie uitgezet worden.

Insgesamt gutes Hotel, das man empfehlen kann!

Prima locatie, personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook prima (gratis) parkeergelegenheid, dus dat mag aangepast worden op de site. Ook goed ontbijt en uitstekend diner gehqd deze drie dagen

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great but could use a bit of variation between the days. The rooms where more spacious then I expected. Love that it has a safe storage for the bikes.
