직원분 너무 친절하고, 위치도 너무 좋아요. 커피바에서 물도 받고 간식도 먹고 넘 좋았어요. 아침마다 빵이랑 물도 문에 걸어주셨습니다. 다만 시설에 빨래시설이 있다고 되어있는데, 그건 평일에 외부로 위탁해주는 거라고 하네요. 주말엔 위탁서비스가 안 된다고 합니다. 빨래 서비스 가격이 좀 있어서 근처에 코인 빨래방 안내 해주셔서 거기서 빨래해도 좋을 것 같습니다.

방이 지하에 있어서 캐리어를 들고 옮기기 힘들었고 위치때문에 방이 추웠는데 난방이 필요했는데 고장나있어서 밤새 추워했으며 화장실에 기둥이 두개나 있어서 이용하는데 불편했습니다

방이랑 욕실이 생각보다 더 넓었고 깨끗했습니다 지하엔 24시간 이용가능한 스낵바가 있었고 아침엔 간단한 빵과 물을 문고리에 걸어두고 가십니다

Excellent location. nice and clean bed. A cute breakfast package delivered to the door every morning.

장소도 광장과 가깝고 아침에 주는 빵도 맛 있었지만 화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 너무 심했습니다.

Vey kind reception staff, clean room, free meal service, easy access to sol & metro, and plaza de mayor. Everything is ok to stay.

Room was clean and comfortable, location was great - right off Plaza Mayor. Was pleasantly surprised.

Hotel incrível, muito lindo e aconchegante. A equipe de funcionários é muito prestativa e atenciosa. Quarto e banheiro limpíssimos. Pertinho da Plaza mayor , muito bem localizado. Salinha de café 24 horas por dia, com snacks, frutas, cafés e sucos. Uma delícia. Eu vou me hospedar lá novamente se tiver s oportunidade.

Me encantó la ubicación del Hotel y los detalles que nos dejaron en la puerta de la habitación. La única dificultad que encontramos fue la cantidad de escalones para acceder a la cafetería y las habitaciones.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. El staff muy amigable las habitaciones pequeñas pero cómodas y limpias. El único comentario es que no es un hotel diseñado para huéspedes que llevan maletas. Ya que para llegar desde la recepción hasta los diferentes cuartos uno debe subir y bajar muchísimas gradas. Por lo demás, si es un Hotel recomendado para viajeros en pareja o en familia

Liked the 24 hour coffee bar in the basement with free fruit cookies and good expresso machines. The morning goodies on the door was also appreciated. The hotel is in a bit of a grungy street, but it’s close to the plaza mayor and core. The old carpets and maze of stairs reminded me of an old club, but the room and shower were fine. Double check when you book that you aren’t expecting BnB Hotel Centro which is much swankier. Staff were great.

Great place to stay! Centrally located, walking distance to most things! The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. They gave croissants every morning, which was a bonus. And they have a coffee bar, with some fruit and cookies. The only negative was that we were on the first floor and we need to bring out bags up about 7-8 steps, which is not terrible. Except if you have 50lbs of luggage could be inconvenient for the elderly. I would definitely recommend !

Excellent central location just around from Plaza Mayor, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in easy walking distance. Good basic rooms with safe, fridge and plenty of useful hangers and hooks. Bathroom was good and aircon was effective - or there were big windows to open. Loved the Coffee Corner, with hot drinks, juices, water, fruit and biscuits available at no charge 24/7. Also appreciated the daily breakfast pastry which appeared outside your door every morning. Staff were all welcoming and helpful, rooms were spotless, but cleaning could have been better/more frequent in downstairs toilet.

All staff in the hotel is very friendly, professional and helpful.

Great spot to stay and very quiet with a short walk to bars, restaurants and attractions.
