비엔나를 편안하게 여행하고 싶다면 꼭 선택해야 좋을 겁니다. 최상의 위치와 뛰어난 객실, 친절한 직원 서비스, 간만의 유럽 여행을 좋은 추억으로 남기게 해 주었네요. 한번 꼭 묶을 만한 호텔입니다. 후회하지 않을 거예요.

역에서 도보로 7분정도 거리에 위치. 자연사박물관과 미술사박물관이 바로 근처에있고 오페라 하우스나 케른트너 거리까지도 도보로 무리없이 관광가능할 정도로 위치는 좋습니다- 다만 역에서 호텔까지 무거운 짐가방을 들고 오르막을 올라가려니 좀 힘들었구요- 호텔까지 가는 길에 조그맣게 spar 마트가 있었어요 :) 객실은 카드키가 아니라 열쇠로 열어야하는 식이고 전체적으로 낡은 느낌이 나기는 합니다 - 침대는 오르내릴 때 마다 삐걱이는 소리가 나 조금 아쉬웠네요. 그리고 엘리베이터에서 약간 찌린내..? 같은 악취가 나서 그게 좀 불쾌했어요 - 리셉션 직원분이 굉장히 친절하셨고 오후엔 티타임이 있어 차과 간식을 무료로 이용할 수 있다고 하는데 이용해보지는 않았습니다 :)

신혼여행으로 오스트리아를 방문하게 되었는데 이 호텔에 숙박했던 경험이 가장 인상깊습니다. 첫대면부터 정말 친절하고 상냥한 직원들의 응대가 좋았습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 편안했으며 조식도 맛있었습니다. 근처 volks theater 지하철 역까지 걸어서 5분정도 걸립니다. 미술사 박물관과 응용미술관, 호프부르크는 걸어서 이동할 수 있는 거리에 있습니다.

This hotel is one of our all time favorites. This was our 5th visit to Vienna and by far the best lodging. The staff made you feel as if you were the only guest, even though it was quite crowded. Everyone at reception was extremely welcoming and friendly. We got very good advice on many questions and the walking directions to restaurants was very easy to follow. There was an extensive breakfast buffet and tea and pastries served every day from 4-6. Our room was very quiet, air conditioned and spacious although there wasn’t a lot of space to put our clothes from our suitcases. The location was great- very close to various metro stops and the museum quarter. There were many cafes and restaurants close by and the hotel provided a handy list for various places to see within the neighborhood. We would happily return to this hotel and recommend it highly.

We had an excellent stay for 5 of us at Hotel Altstadt Vienna. The suite was spotless and very well maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. The staff were outstanding - friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and the hotel’s location made it easy to walk to the city center and explore. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay in this beautiful hotel which aims to be, and certainly provides, a home from home. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was superb - we really enjoyed the special daily shot and hot choice - and afternoon tea delicious. Our room was beautifully styled, the bed was comfortable and the bath a bonus. Finally the location was great for exploring the city by foot or using the very efficient and affordable public transport system. We would love to return to this hotel one day and look forward to discovering another of the very individual rooms.

Logo quando você entra o hall do hotel não passa assim uma boa impressão pois fica num prédio mais antigo. Porém ao subir na recepção você já fica encantada. O quarto muito espaço, banheiro enorme e com lugar para acomodar tudo. A calefação ficava ligada o dia todo então o quarto estava sempre quentinho. O time super atencioso, café com muitas variedades e a tarde serviam chá e doces. Adorei !

Location and the service was fantastic. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and the tea and cake in the afternoon was a nice touch.
