도시에 있는 호텔이라 그런지 호텔내 주차시설이 없어서 주변에 세우게 되었는데 비엔나의 주차시스템을 잘 몰라서 힘들었습니다. 객실은 청결했습니다. 여기에서는 오스트리아 여행중에 가장 조식이 가장 괜찮았습니다.

Very friendly, good location easy to access to airport.

다 좋았지만 위치가 관광지와는 동떨어져있었어요. 가장 가까운 교통수단인 지하철 역에서도 캐리어를 끌고 6-7분 정도 걸어야했습니다. 관광목적이신 분들에게는 비추입니다. 조식 레스토랑(?)도 호텔이용객 대비 너무 붐벼서 쾌적하진 않았어요. 청결상태와 룸컨디션은 좋았습니다! 날씨가 갑자기 추워져 걱정했는데 방이 따뜻했어요.

한 여성 직원의 무표정함 그러나 시설은 청결함, 위치가 아주 좋음. 불친절한것은 아니지만 친절함이 있으면 좋을것으로 사료됨. 그리고 침실에 실내화가 갖추어지면 더욱 좋을것으로 사료됨..

Excellent location, delicious breakfast, superb service.

We had a fabulous stay here.The property was beautiful & the included breakfast was top notch with food being constantly refreshed.The staff were all lovely and it felt like you mattered to them. Fantastic proximity to train station & U bahn making it easy to get around the city & transfer to the airport.(although we mainly walked everywhere) Despite it raining for 4 days whilst we were in Vienna, we loved the city and would definitely stay here again.

Satisfied with the breakfast, the room was excellent. The staff was really helpful and friendly. We had to leave at 3 in the morning so they prepared a lunch package we could take with us.

Joli chambre très bien décorée et pratique Excellente literie avec un très grand lit Petit déjeuner varié et avec plusieurs salles accessibles Seul reproche : nous sommes restés 2 nuits et la chambre n'a pas été faite après la première nuit

Sehr nettes Personal...durch die App super informiert über das Hotel und die Umgebung....praktisch das Ein- und Auschecken pber die App.....schönes Konzept ind tolle farbgebung.....hatten das Premium Familienzimmer......super...zwei einzelne zimmer aber verbunden durch einen kleinen eigenen Flur....mein persönliches Highlight war die Badewanne......unmittelbare Nähe zum Prater und zu netten Lokalen.....würde ich wieder buchen

Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff

Stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed my stay. There are several very good restaurants within easy walk and it's an easy drive, or long walk to the center of the historic part of Vienna. A quiet and clean place to recharge after a day of long day of exploration. Nice patio and very good breakfast.

Der Wilhelmshof is just round the corner from Preterstern underground station, and very well connected to all the sites in Vienna. My room was quiet, en-suite very nice. Staff helpful, breakfast excellent. If you have business or a holiday in Vienna, you should consider this hotel.
