리스본 관광지 사람 많이 몰리는 곳에서 지하철 2정거장 떨어져있는데 이것이 오히려 복잡하지 않아서 좋다. 지하철, 버스가 다 호텔에서 가깝다. 바로 앞의 공원은 저녁 식사 후 산책하기에도 좋다. 직원들은 친절하고, 조식은 적당하다.

Acomodação muito boa, com localização privilegiada. Única ressalva fica para o não atendimento do pedido de cama de casal solicitado anteriormente, que não foi atendido. Somente após muita conversa e negociação, foi disponibilizado um quarto com cama de casal.

Good and clean

I had a wonderful stay at HF Fénix Lisboa Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit special... they remembered my daughter’s birthday, and when we returned to our room we were surprised with champagne and a delicious cake. This thoughtful gesture made our trip truly unforgettable. The hotel’s warm hospitality and attention to detail really stood out.

Room provided was clean providing the required amenities and with a great view of Parc Eduardo VII. Hotel located centrally with easy access to restaurants, shops etc. Room was quiet and well lit. Staff were very helpful and polite ensuring guests were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of breads, cheeses, fruits etc., that were fresh and tasty.

The staff were super helpful and very knowledgeable of how to help us get around . Very friendly. The room was clean and anytime I asked for towels they were more than accommodating. The breakfast was top notch . So much food and a lot to choose from. I would definitely stay there again. Oh and the location was amazing. Close to bus stops the metro also . 5 star hotel .

Hotel was clean and very conveniently located directly across from a metro station. Check-in was great and the staff were super helpful as we arrived considerably early with plans to simply drop off our bags and begin exploring the city, however were pleasantly surprised that they had a room ready for us and we were able to freshen up and drop all our stuff off. Having a McDonalds in the same building was also very convenient for a quick coffee, snack throughout our travels. We did rent a car as well and the parking conveniently located under the hotel was very convenient. This hotel was a great value!

Quarto limpo, localização espetacular do hotel com vários pontos ( restaurantes, bares e Metrô ) que nos fez sentir em casa. Café da manhã ótimo com restaurante acolhedor e boas opções . Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Ótima opção .

This hotel is conveniently located at the top of Avenue Liberdade close to all transportation and a very walkable area. Breakfast and dinner were good.
