호텔의 시설자체는 괜찮았는데 직원들의 태도가 아주 불친절-인터넷이 다운돼서 와이파이를 이용할수 없었는데 그걸 문의하는 과정에서 다른사람들도 많이 물어서인지 포르투에서 만난 사람들 중 가장 불친절했어요

호텔이 깨끝했고, 아침식사가 푸짐하고 맛있았습니다. 시내버스정류장이 가까원 버ㅡ타기도 좋았습니다.

Heerlijk hotel

Very nice hotel. Rooftop pool area is great. Indoor pool was also nice, however the jacuzzi section wasn’t actually hot water. We ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner which was tasty and good service. Can’t speak to the surrounding area as we didn’t leave the hotel (only stayed one night due to a cancelled flight).

L'hôtel est très joli et bien situé. Seul bémol l'insonorisation. Les voisins de chambres étaient bruyant, nous avions l'impression qu'ils étaient avec nous.

Great staff and quick check in. Room clean - maybe some USB charging ports and more tea/coffee would be helpful. Walls quite thin and other rooms were noisy. Location ok - 20 min bus ride from Porto - buses every 15 mins or an Uber is about 10-15 mins.

Besonders begeistert hat uns die Dachbar mit Pool – ein echter Highlight, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Das Hotel überzeugt zudem durch einen aufmerksamen Service und freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück war geschmackvoll und reichhaltig - ein gelungener Start in den Tag. Die Lage ist praktisch: Eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus macht die Innenstadt von Porto bequem erreichbar. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Porto!

Area is nice ,be aware of the traffic

Good size rooms. Indoor pool was good. The restaurant needs more vegetarian and gluten free options and varieties, given this hotel is a give star rated place. Breakfast is good too. The place is well connected to the city-centre by bus routes, but we loved walking around.

Muita boa a experiência. Hotel muito bom.

Zimmer größe und Ausstattung gut, Sauberkeit Zimmer gut. Das war es aber auch.

Every thing was fine no problem

Godt hotel der ligger i gåafstand fra det hyggelige gamle historiske kvarter.

Everything was great, from the check in to the check out. The one thing is that at night all the big bars are around the hotel and it get very loud and stays that way perty late into the early morning . They do give you ear plugs, just depends on if your a lite sleeper or not. Pool area is cool, just needs a hot tub for night. I will be coming back next year.

I really enjoyed my stay in this lovely hotel. The room I stayed in was very clean, elegant ad spacious. I really recommend! I will be staying there when I’m again in Porto.
