호텔의 시설자체는 괜찮았는데 직원들의 태도가 아주 불친절-인터넷이 다운돼서 와이파이를 이용할수 없었는데 그걸 문의하는 과정에서 다른사람들도 많이 물어서인지 포르투에서 만난 사람들 중 가장 불친절했어요

호텔이 깨끝했고, 아침식사가 푸짐하고 맛있았습니다. 시내버스정류장이 가까원 버ㅡ타기도 좋았습니다.

I absolutely loved staying here. Staff was lovely and so helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and spa was relaxing. Buffet in the restaurant was delicious and well presented. Highly recommend!

The hotel and was clean and nice but the staff mediocre.

Totally disappointedly with Hotel staff and reservations. We had an issue with one my kids passport when boarding from USA to Portugal and requested the hotel to allow us to reschedule. It took few days to get a response that they wouldn't allow. Definitively not recommending this hotel.

Staff are very freindly and helpful, clean, quiet location, good transport links

Great outdoor pool area, could do with some more beanbag sun loungers but service was excellent.

Lovely hotel in a peaceful area, all areas were spotlessly clean and staff were very helpful

Very noisy for a high standard hotel. I could hear people talking and laughing in other rooms. The bubble pool can be very crowded and it’s not practical at all to keep on pressing a button to get the bubbles. The hotel is quite a distance from city centre and not many food options around if you plan to eat outside

Très bon hôtel notamment pour les chambres familiales grandes et spacieuses. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu avoir de lit bébé en haute saison pour un hôtel de ce niveau ! C’est étonnant. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de p’tits cadeaux destinés aux enfants à l’entrée en chambre du type coloriage
