전체 평가 및 리뷰 Casual Inca Porto Hotel

직원이 친절했고 좋았지만 룸컨디션이 그렇게 좋지는 않았습니다. 수도관이 오래된 것인지 물 색깔이 흙탕물 색이 좀 났고 바닥 카펫은 잘 청소되지 않아 다른 사람 머리카락이 보였습니다.

시설이 꽤 오래되어보이지만 관리가 아주 잘되어있어서 불편함이 없었다. 시내 중심가에서 조금 떨어져있어 조용해서 좋고, 조금만 걸어가면 메트로가 연결되고, 우체국이나 시청이랑 가까워서 편했다. 직원도 친절했다. 포르토에 첫날 묵기보단 하루이틀 지나고 지리가 익숙해지고 묵는다면 좋은 선택이 될듯하다.

Air conditioning did not work the first night and it was hard to sleep. The second day they changed our room. It was ok after that.

Did not think it was 4Star more 3Star +. Breakfast not so good. Scrambled eggs dry and over cooked. Toast machine didn't work.

Eher 3Sterne-Niveau. Nach Stromausfall waren alle Steckdosen im Zimmer tot. Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption hat Luft nach oben

Colaboradores , muito simpáticos e sempre solícitos , uma experiência incrível.

Das Frühstück war nicht so lecker. Der Kaffee und der O Saft haben nicht geschmeckt. Die warme Speisen (Rührei, Würstchen, Tortilla) waren teilweise kalt. Sonst war alles in Ordnung

La ubicación en todo el centro histórico y cerca de todo lo histórico de Oporto. El personal muy atento para que no nos faltara de nada. Ha sido el primer viaje con mascota y ha sido perfecto.

Foi tudo muito bom. Profissionais muito atenciosos. Limpeza de 1a, ficou bem localizado para as minhas necessidades.

Hotel in posizione centrale e comoda per arrivare a piedi in centro. Comoda la stanza e il bagno, mentre la colazione si potrebbe migliorare per la qualità dei prodotti. Sarebbe utile fare una convenzione con il garage vicino per dare la possibilità di parcheggiare con tariffa preferenziale per i clienti dell'hotel.

Front deck was great.

I stayed here for one night and worst mistake. This place has bed bugs. I woke up covered in bites all over my arms. I reported this hotel to Expedia and immediately asked for a refund

The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was fine but nothing great. It also was not varied much day-to-day. The AC didn't work great and kind of worked as it wanted to. The bathrooms were nice and the shower was good. The hotel is in a good area but be prepared for walking steep hills if you're not in a car. Overall it's a fine stay. Nothing stellar but not bad.

Excelente atención del personal de recepción a destacar la persona de recepción Armanda, Gracias a la simpatía, la predisposición para ayudar y el buen hacer de esta persona no me importará recomendar o regresar a este hotel. Felicidades

Sehr gutes Hotel. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer sehr gut. Leider sind die Zimmer, bis auf’s Badezimmer, in die Jahre gekommen. Ein wenig „ Aufhübschung „ würde da sehr gut tun. Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt. :-)

Friendliness is defiantly the reason I would come back to again ! Not only the location is pretty Centre, the staff made the experience of the stay so welcoming ! I Would recommend it to all the travelers in Porto !

Café da manhã extremamente pobre, poucas opções, muito básico, contratem sem café da manhã e comam fora.

The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was easy to use and shampoo was provided. The buffet breakfast was included and it was very helpful since we had busy mornings. The location was great, it was a 10-25 minute walk from all the major attractions in my opinion. A 6 minute walk away from one of the famous blue tile churches, which is a great place to take photos. Overall it was very comfortable and I would definitely stay here again if I came to Porto.

Maria the really old woman with the glasses and shoulder length hair is the one that checked me in on Tuesday night/evening. She was rude and unhelpful. She should not be in hospitality if she cannot be hospitable. She was grumpy and had an unwelcome face and because of that, I would never recommend anyone to stay here because of her. She needs to be retrained and needs to fix her face and actually smile and welcome guests, especially if it’s their first time in your city of Porto. Room she assigned me was horrible and dirty and smelled really bad.
