considering old town, the hotel is good. friendly, and comfotable. There are some nice restaurants near the hotel.

The parking slot is only 12x that can not parking car in hotel ... Also no slipper lol... Receptionist are friendly and good... To go old town only 15 mins by work.

Chambre trés bien, Personnel aimable, petit déjeuner trés moyen pour le prix (13,40€). Parking complet à 17h. Il faut le réserver en même temps que la chambre, ce qui n'est pas prévu dans Hotels.Com

Breakfast had a good selection of items, room was a little tired and warm. Think the AC had been turned off due to being later in the year, we had it turned on but no cold which left us with a very warm room. Parking available on the street, €1.60 covers until 11am then €1.60 for two more. Better value than hotel (€16/day) or nearby public (€22/day). 20 minute walk to old centre but prepare for hills! 10 minutes to San Francisco at which has plenty of food options.

Nothing bad to say about it. No issues.

Hotel muito bom!

Really nice hotel, staff were all lovely and helpful. The restaurant is serves nice food and is very pleasant to sit in the outdoor section. All around great experience and would definitely recommend as a great place to stay when exploring Cuenca!

Hemos alargado estancia otra noche más. Muy cómodo y bien situado, aunque el baño precisa reforma.

Personal muy amable, solucionaron un problema de conexión (débil) en mi habitación. El desayuno tan como leí es un poco justo pero totalmente aceptable con huevos, baicon, etc y un surtido muy bueno de dulces.
