considering old town, the hotel is good. friendly, and comfotable. There are some nice restaurants near the hotel.

The parking slot is only 12x that can not parking car in hotel ... Also no slipper lol... Receptionist are friendly and good... To go old town only 15 mins by work.

대로변에 있어 찿기 쉬었으나 객실이 낡았으며 방음이 부실하여 숙면이 어려웠으며 조식도 부실한 편 입니다. 주차비는 1일 13유로 이며 가격대비 적절한 호텔 입니다

El hotel muy limpio. La habitación la única pega es que sea bañera y no plato de ducha. Pero por todo lo demás muy bien.

The facilities were in good conditions. One of the closet doors lack the knob and could not be opened. Breakfast was very good and has several choices, coffee the best in our 24-day trip.

Consideramos un cuatro estrellas nivel bajo. Un poco descuidado. Imposible de graduar el aire acondicionado porque tenían la bomba de calor haciendo como ya hacía calor. Tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas. La carta del restaurante muy pobre.

Malgré « un petit souci »de chambre à notre arrivée, l’établissement nous a proposé une remplacement superieur, merci pour sa réactivité 👍

Desayuno variado y el servicio del hotel muy amable. Habitaciones acogedoras y limpias.

La atención del personal fue muy buena, incluso dándonos la oportunidad de entrar a la habitación antes del check in, lo cual nos vino genial porque teníamos una boda en la Catedral de Cuenca y necesitábamos cambiarnos. La habitación estaba bien, con un buen armario y amplio baño.

Creo que necesita una buena reforma,el tamaño de la habitacion rs bueno lero la decoracion y la calidad del colchon es mejorable. El baño es frio ( sin calefaccion) y en invierno dan ganas de salir corriendo. El personal fantastico asi como la ubicacion.

El personal muy amable. La habitación un poco degradada y sucia. Mal olor del hidromasaje.

Chambre trés bien, Personnel aimable, petit déjeuner trés moyen pour le prix (13,40€). Parking complet à 17h. Il faut le réserver en même temps que la chambre, ce qui n'est pas prévu dans Hotels.Com

Breakfast had a good selection of items, room was a little tired and warm. Think the AC had been turned off due to being later in the year, we had it turned on but no cold which left us with a very warm room. Parking available on the street, €1.60 covers until 11am then €1.60 for two more. Better value than hotel (€16/day) or nearby public (€22/day). 20 minute walk to old centre but prepare for hills! 10 minutes to San Francisco at which has plenty of food options.

Nothing bad to say about it. No issues.
