전체 평가 및 리뷰 Aparthotel Bertran

방도 넓고 깨끗해서 좋았어요 근데 좀 골목길이라 무서워요 그리고 방이 생각보다 어둡고 방음이 진짜 안돼요... 그리고 좀 추워요

At first, though old building, I booked the penthouse room with a view and wide space for my family and confirmed. but when i was checking in I got dark and shabby room on the first floor with no viiew and no space. I told the staff my booking details but he just said it’s not available. That’s it. For the furniture, worn out and have some hole by cigarette. Some smell out of refrigerator and kitchen appliances seemed long since it’s used. And for the electric kettle, I could not use because it was rusty and some dirt inside. I tried to come back to the place as soon as late. It’s located around 500m uphill from the metro station. There are a few small market and bakery around hotel. It’s ok but it gave me bad memory in Barcelona.

호텔자체는 조금 오래된듯한분위기이지만 깨끗하고 친절. 특히 위치가 너무 편리하고 구엘공원까지 도보로 가능한거리라서 매우좋았음

First of all, thanks for the concierge about the sincere hospitality. It was a great help when advice was needed. Kind, caring, and witty- never forgetful. Easy to access to the metro(5mins) and little supermaket is also a benefit. But if you carry heavy baggage from the airport, you'd better use buses or taxi because so many staircases in the metro are really bothersome. Everything was well equipped in the room with kitchen so we could cook and eat well during the tiring travel. Thanks again for your sincere help =) 호텔 담당자가 매우 친절하고, 고민을 잘 해결해 주니 주변 여행루트에 대한 질문이 있으시면 언제든지 물어 보세요. 지하철도 5분이면 걸어서 갈 수 있고, 바로 옆에 작은 수퍼마켓에서 야채나 과일도 구입이 가능합니다. 저희는 키친있는 방에 묵었는데, 취사도구 뿐 아니라 모두 잘 구비되어 있어 요리도 해 먹을 수 있어서 좋았어요.

Super séjour avec un petit bébé de 7 mois, le lit bébé était très bien et installé des notre arrivée, la terrasse très grande et la piscine en roof top très agréable ! Le personnel est très gentil et le service café très appréciable ! Nous reviendrons pour sur !

The area was lovely and has easy access to public transportation and many options for groceries and dining out. Reception was friendly, helpful and responsive when we requested a basinette for our child.

I enjoyed being around locals. I didn’t want to be staying by the craziness near Ramblas.

Chambre belle et spacieuse, jolie terrasse, personnel très aimable. Tout était parfait!

Pros: large apartment size, large bathroom, pool, early check in, quiet area, walkable to two train stations. Plenty of restaurants close by and a supermarket next door. Daily breakfast available. Cons: we had a major flooding issue with the shower. All it needs is a strip of metal at the entrance to redirect the water down the drain!

Très bon établissement - l'accueil est sympathique, et attentif. Hôtel très très propre - les chambres sont spacieuses. Bref, Allez y sans hésiter

Die Lage des Hotels war gut. Der Stadtteil Tibidabo hat alles geboten, was wir brauchten. Das Hotelpersonal war zurückhaltend freundlich, aber das Zimmer hatte seine besten Zeiten gehabt. Gut, alles war sauber, die Reinigung erfolgte immer zuverlässig. Dennoch lag ein unangenehmer Geruch in der Wohnung. Das Bad hatte ebenso keine gute Lüftung. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war in Ordnung, aber sehr alt. Die kleine Küche war sehr sparsam eingerichtet. Der Balkon bot keine gute Sicht. An mehreren Stellen muss renoviert werden. Insgesamt also nicht so gut, dass wir für den doch recht hohen Preis wiederkommen werden. Barcelona jedoch hat uns 12 wunderschöne Tage geschenkt. Danke dafür!

neu renoviertes Appartement im 1ten Stock,gute Betten (1x Doppel mit TV, 1x 2 EInzel),ausreichend Schränke, 1 großes und 1 kleines,neues Bad. 2 kleine Balkone zum Sitzen plus noch ein dritter zB zum Wäsche trocknen. Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer. Küche m.Gasherd, Spüle, Kühlschrank, Eisfach, Geschirr, Besteck, kleiner Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle. Wohnung im Haus direkt neben dem Hotel, ist auch ein Wohnhaus. Leider etwas hellhörig, man hört Einiges aus der Wohnung darüber. Aber man kann schlafen, wenn man vom Sightseeing müde genug ist :-). Balkone zum Hinterhof, kein traumhafte Aussicht, aber dafür schön ruhig. Auf dem Dach des Hotels kleiner Pool und Liegeflächen. Alles sauber und Mitarbeiter wirklich super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten nach dem Aus-checken die Koffer dort unterstellen.Gegend: nahe Metrostation Vallcarca L3 und Nahe Kennedy Platz/ Av.Tibidao, dort fahren diverse Busse und beide Hop on/off Bus-Anbieter und man kommt von dort zum Tibidao. Von Parc Güell sind wir zu Fuss zurück zum Hotel gelaufen. Vom Flughafen per Taxi ca.25 min/Euro 50. Metro geht auch, aber mit Umsteigen. Um das Hotel nette Gegend, man fühlte sich sicher, gibt diverse kleine Märkte (auch Bio) zum Einkaufen, einen direkt neben dem Hotel. Unzählige schöne Cafes gibt es auch (sehr zu empfehlen: "Manolo") und einen Pizza Laden.Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Hat uns wirkl gut gefallen und ist zu empfehlen
