오랜된 호텔이지만 친절한 서비스 태도는 약간의 모자람을 덮고 남음

저희는 5인가족이 숙박하게되어서 3인용침대의 방하나와...2인용 투윈베드의 방하나에서 나뉘어 시작했어요. 2인용은 침실이 가능해서 좋았는데 3인용 싱글침대가 있는 방은 좁아서 ㅠㅠ

좋은 위치, 관리등 아주 좋았어요

위치가 정말 좋습니다. 관광지 이동하기도 수월하고 쇼핑하기도 위치가 좋습니다. 여름이 아니라 객실에 냉장고는 없어도 괜찮았지만 여름엔 좀 불편할것도 같습니다. 직원분들 친절하고 좋았어요. ~

까탈루나 광장에서 시장, 지하철, 편의점 등이 가까왔다. 호텔 위치가 편리했다.

- 관광지, 쇼핑 접근성 최고 - 바로 앞에 마트 있음 - 조식은 이용하지 않아 잘 모르겠으나 주변에 아침식사 가능한 곳이 많습니다. - 아침 빵집은 제가 찾지를 못한 것일 수도 있으나 발견을 못했네요. - 직원 매우 친절(교통 등에 대한 질문에 친절히 응대) - 화장실이 유리문으로 되어 있고 완전히 닫히지 않아서 소리가 객실까지 들릴수 있다는 단점. - 채워져 있는 음료들로 인하여 미니바에 1리터 물병이 들어가지 않음(작은 사이즈 물병은 가능) - 옆방 소음은 완벽 차단을 아니지만 불편하지 않을 정도(215호 사용, 1 더블 + 2층침대를 가족 3인이 사용).

컨디션이나 환경은 별로지만 위치가 좋아요!

조식은 안먹어서모르겠지만 위치도 까탈루냐광장 근처고 방도 깔끔했어요 근처에 bar랑 빵집도 많고 모든게 좋았어요 방음이안되서 옆방소리가 너무크게들린것 빼고요

1.위치는 까딸루나광장에서 걸어서 10분 거리임. 매우 좋은 위치임. 2.친절도 중간임. 친절하지도불친절하지도 않음. 3.식사 안함. 객실 패밀리룸의 객실에 창문이 작아 전체적으로 어두움. 조명이랑 밝지 않아 여성분 화장 할때 불편함. 4. 층간 소음이나 방안 소음이 너무 심함. 옆방 티비소리도 잘 들림. 자는데 아주 불편... 5.호텔 주위에 보드 타는 친구들이 많아 소음이 심함

람블라스 거리에서 3분정도 거리에, 공항버스를 탈 수 있는 까탈루나 광장도 5준 정도로 접근성 면에서 매우 우수합니다. 더불어 직원들 서비스도 괜찮습니다. 침대 기차를 타고 아침 일찍 도착 했음에도 이른 채크인을 할 수 있었고, 필요한 것을 요청하면 싫은 내색 없이 방까지 서비스를 해주었습니다. 아침마다 조식빵 냄새가 유혹했지만 주변에 싸고 괜찮은 빵집이 많아 그걸로 대체 했습니다. 바르셀로나의 물가에 비해 괜찮은 호텔입니다.

This hotel is very well situated in Barcelona. It's near the university and Placa de Catalunya. It's easy to get around the on the metro (Universitat station). The room I rented was for 4 people. It was located on floor 1 1/2. This means we had to walk up the stairs to bring our luggage as the elevator only stopped on the full floors. Our room had a private room with a queen bed. There was also a queen bed in the loft area. The private room was located facing the street. The hotel is right beside a pub. Because we were staying on a Saturday night, the noise from the pub was loud. However, due to walking around Barcelona all day, it didn't bother us as we were too tired to hear it. I would stay here again. The staff were very pleasant and friendly and the room was comfortable.

Nous avons passez une nuit seulement dans l'hôtel mais nous y reviendrons c'est sur ! Très bon accueil, personnel très agréable, plein de petites attentions pour les clients ! Je recommande

The staff were very helpful. Location was close walk to lots of things and the room was spacious and very clean. Highly recommend.

El servicio de agua y soda ilimitado es esñxcelente. Se podria mejorar el lugar de guardado para ropa y equipaje

Walking distance from the Cathedral and buses. Close to shopping center, Hotel is nice and clean. Our quadruple room quite generous space, only negative was no windows. We love the breakfast and the dining area.

Was not part of the F1 crowd but just happened to be the weekend. Rowdy little bar outside, dumpsters lined the front street. Hotel staff very good and friendly. Room was small for the price I’m sure it would be cheaper if the event was not on. I will look for a better location next time in town.
