Habitación confortable y limpia, buena estructura y ubicación. Además, las chicas encargadas de arreglar las habitaciones son educadas y atentas. Mi sugerencia para el hotel es la siguiente: Llegué a desayunar a las 09:30. No había frutas y únicamente quedaba un bol de huevos revueltos, que María los movió con un utensilio para que la superficie no tuviera un aspecto seco. También había otros 3 recipientes con huevos fritos, que estaban siendo llevados por otros huéspedes. Hablé con la camarera, quien solicitó internamente la reposición de algunos productos y me informó de que los platos calientes tardarían unos 5min en reponerse. A las 09:40 fui a buscar y María estaba friendo unos huevos. Pregunté por los huevos revueltos y Maria me informó de que, debido a la hora, ya no prepararía más huevos revueltos, mientras miraba el reloj de la pared, que marcaba 09:40. Yo nunca como huevos fritos con la yema poco hecha, y fue lo que terminé comiendo porque era la única opción disponible. Hasta esos últimos momentos de mi estancia estaba teniendo una experiencia excelente. Si los procesos de ustedes estuvieran mejor coordinados en situaciones como esta, me habría marchado completamente satisfecho. Mi otra recomendación sería mejorar el acabado visual de la zona de la piscina exterior. Quizá podrían instalar celosías de madera sobre? Fotos adjuntas. Como última recomendación, sugeriría sustituir el césped artificial por una opción natural, en línea con el resto del hotel 😉

The hotel was different from others; it is located in a picturesque village very close to a river. It is safe to walk around, it is in a quiet area.

El spa está muy bien y el personal muy agradable. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la zona de la piscina exterior muy limpia y estuvimos solos.

Very well kept hotel

Charming, authentic Spanish town, cobblestone streets, tons and tons of shopping, cafés and dining. The hotel itself was adorable, if there was anything missing, it just needed a little table on the balcony and a fridge.

Was very nice

The spa was lovely. The room was nice and clean but pillows really uncomfortable. Also a bit strange not having a bar open all day, so when out by the pool had nothing to drink unless we went to the shop in the square first. No kettle in room to make a hot drink in the night or morning and breakfast not until 8am.

Though this property is 45 minutes outside of Barcelona, I found it to be quite nice, quiet and perfect for my needs as a solo traveler. Just know that the taxi cost to get to Barcelona is going to be about 70 euro each way if you decide to go into Barcelona
