전체 평가 및 리뷰 Catalonia Park Putxet Hotel

호텔에서 온풍이 나오지 않아서 5월임에도 한기를 조금 느꼈고 자고 일어났는데 세면대에 녹물? 같은 얼룩이 생겨있었어요. 천정에서 떨어진듯한… 반대편 창문으로 다른 방이 바로 보이는 구조라 창문을 밤에는 항상 닫고 커튼을 쳐야 합니다

처음 방을 받았을때 창문쪽에 바로 건물이 있어 다른사람들이 바로 보이고 쳐다봐서 방교체를 부탁했습니다. 그러나 방이 없다고 다음날 다시 바꿔준다고해서 기다렸고 다음날이 되었지만 방교체가 성수기라 없다고 해서 다시 기다렸습니다. 그리고 그 다음날 수영장층에 작은 방으로 변경해주었고 크기는 작지만 조용해서 좋았습니다 . 그리고 수영장은 수영할 크기가 아닌 욕조정도 크기입니다. 또 마지막날에 물을 청소하고 안주셔서 물어보니깐 물은 첫째날만 준다는 개소리를 해서 어이가 없었습니다 처음에 알려주던가 매일 넣어주다가 안넣어주고 자판기 카드도 안되고 바엔 물이 3유로로 비싸다고 근처 슈퍼가라고해서 어이없었습니다 사전에 알려주던가 알려주지도 않고 그냥 귀찮아서 안주는서 같고 방교체 요구할때도 진상손님보듯 보고 그방 진짜 방음도 안되고 옆에소리 다들리거 새벽마다 쓰레기차 지나가는데 시끄러워서 잠 계속 깼습니다 여기는 웬만하면 숙박하지 마세여 언덕에 있어서 지하철타고 올라올때도 힘든

도착일 받은 방은 주변에 젊은 학생들이 조금 시끄러워 조용한 방으로 바꾼 후 조용하 방에서 잘 있다옴 위치는 지하철에서 조금 멀기는 했으나 구엘공원 갈때는 산책로 따로 편안히 걸어서 갈 수 있어 좋았음

호텔이 별 4개인데 방과 방사이 방음이 전혀 안되 잠을 못잤다. 산꼭대기에 있어 위치도 별로다. 추천 안한다.

The hotel is currently in renovations so certain rooms might not be up to par (for now). Very friendly staff but mostly it's the area that is fantastic if you want to get a more relaxed experience in Barcelona!

Excellent! Very clean, modern, renovated with a rooftop pool. Our room was on top floor with a balcony overlooking Barcelona, including the two most famous landmarks and a view of the sea in the distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful giving us proper directions to metro stations, city center, beach and attractions! Recommend!

Buena opción para conocer Barcelona

The property was nice but I felt that customer service was not that good. I asked for some stuff like an iron 3 times and still did not receive it.

El ruido de las habitaciones contiguas (especialmente de arriba) es insoportable, no cuentes con dormir plácidamente. No hay nada de aislamiento y se oye todo

Más de media hora para hacer el chekin, para no tener lista aún la habitación pese a llegar 1h más tarde de la hora indicada. Tazas sucias del mini bar, sin albornoz ni zapatillas y la calefacción estropeada. He ido muchas veces y ha dejado mucho q desear.
