We stayed for 5 nights at the end of September and were pleasantly surprised after reading mixed reviews. We booked mainly for the splash park, knowing our 4-year-old would love it — and she did! The pools were clean, there were always sunbeds available, and the splash park was brilliant for little ones. We were full board, and the food exceeded expectations for the price. There was always fresh, varied food being cooked — great salads, fruits, veg, and changing evening dishes. Dessert options weren’t huge but always included ice cream, which my daughter loved. We didn’t use the hotel bars, but queues looked long at times. Our rooms were fine but small for three people, especially compared to our family member’s larger single room. There were some signs of wear and tear, but the lobby and pool areas look recently renovated and well cared for. The only downside was some rowdy guests — including a late-night incident where staff avoided calling police to protect the hotel’s reputation. I felt they should have prioritised guests’ safety. Overall, for the price we paid, it was a great family break — clean, fun, and far better than expected.

Food is delicious, the surrounding is really good. internet access can become very limited at some places. The deposit for towels, parking, and cups is very annoying. But good experience in general.

Nice for families with young kids.

Kiva vesipuisto, mutta kylmä vesi. Hirveä hälinä ja meteli hotellissa, yksi yö riitti meille. Kiva huone ja ilmastointi toimi hyvin mutta äänieristystä ei juurikaan ollut. Sijainti hyvä ja ruoat ok.

Estancia tranquila y agradable. Los niños y yo hemos disfrutado de este fin de semana mucho. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y la playa justo delante muy buena. Lo único así un poco flojo la comida, un poco caos

Ottima posizione vicino a tutti i negozi e al centro. Personale gentile. Cibo abbondante anche se di qualità non eccellente ma buona considerando le quantità. Molto rumoroso visto il tipo di hotel con molti bambini.

Pent hotell med flott beliggenhet. Nok solsenger ved bassengene. Nydelig strand. Bråkete og kaotisk i matsalen. Masse folk og en del kø. Ingen sprit og dårlig hygiene. Alle tok på alt. 1 person som delte ut drikke. Det tok tid. Anbefaler å gå tidlig til alle måltider. Kø i resepsjon og kø til heis og kø til mat. Hotellet passer best for familier med små barn.

Not a bad hotel although the restaurant was very loud and noisy at all times. Worse on one night when a DJ was blasting out music that you could not hear as it was too loud and just the beat. Some discipline in the lines for the buffet would be helpful as it is a bit of a free for all. Food was good. There was something for everyone. Room was clean and comfortable. Idle for a short stop over on route.

El hotel es muy chulo y mi hija se lo ha pasado en grande con los toboganes, no entiendo que nos den vasos de plástico para después no reciclarlos, la animación es escasa o nula, no creo que volvamos

Todo bastante corecto, salvo recepción que se forma mucha cola, solo hay una trabajadora, podrían ampliar. Comida de bufet calidad bufet jejeje
