친절하고 위치 좋습니다 엘리베이터 있어요

올드브리지 바로 앞에 있어서 구시가지 관광에 매우 편리한 위치였습니다. 건물은 오래되었으나 방과 화장실이 청결했습니다. 방의 구조상 더 큰 데스크를 놓기에는 무리여서 데스크가 작아서 불편했습니다. 침구가 청결은 하나 내용물이 좋은 등급은 아닌듯했고요 타올은 상태가 좋았습니다. 리셉션은 친절했습니다. 뷔페가 아닌 기본급으로 조식을 했는데 평범했어요. 냉장고는 있었지만 미니바여서 내용물을 넣을 수는 없었습니다. 방의 크기는 괜찮았고 옷장도 넓어 편리했습니다.

호텔은 신식이 아닌 클래식한 느낌의 호텔인대 유럽 느낌이 물씬 풍깁니다. 호텔에서 하이델베르크 성 등 도보 위치 입니다. 호텔 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절 합니다. 다시 하이델베르크에 가게되면 여기에 묵을 겁니다. 추천합니다.

강과 다리를 정면으로 바라보고 있어서 경치가 좋았고 주요 관광지와 가까워서 관광하기 편했습니다.

매우 좋은 위치. 아침에 일어나 조깅하고 싶은 마음이 저절로 생김. 에어컨이 없었으나 아주 큰 불편을 느끼지는 않음. 방에서 커피를 끓여 마실 수 없음. 전반적으로 만족함. 다시 또 오고 싶은 호텔.

위치도 좋고, 시설도 좋았습니다.

kind staff, comfortable room, perfect location in the old town, and nice breakfast. when I come back to Heidelberg, definitely it will be this hotel.

바로 앞에 주요 관광지인 다리가 있었으며 뒤쪽으로 돌아가니 여러 관광지가 있어 좋았습니다 음식점도 있어서 좋았습니다 호텔 매니저님도 친절하게 안내해주시고 체크 아웃하고 난 뒤에 잘 돌아갔냐고 메일도 보내주셨어요 객실도 크고 가격도 저렴했어요 아주 만족합니다

가장 높은 층, Alte Brucke을 정면으로 바라보는 방이었어요. 창을 열면 바로 앞이 네카강에 다리가 있어서 뷰가 정말 좋았고 위치도 모두 도보로 다닐 수 있게 좋았어요. 단, 주차장이 호텔 바로 옆이 아닌 차로 5분정도 가야되요. 체크인/체크아웃 할 때는 호텔 입구에 20분정도 주차는 괜찮다고 해서 짐을 싣고 내리는데 불편은 없어요.

We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. Cleaning staff was extremely impolite and dismissive as well as the fact that in the general Hotel when dog urine was seen on the elevator floor, I was told there were no dogs . Whatever yellow substance was on the elevator did not get cleaned up until I complained again the following day. Modern amenities were totally lacking, The one positive was that the view from the room was very nice. I would never recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Heidelberg.

Overall good, but no A/C in extreme heats, which was not expected for a hotel of this price.

Godt værelse og tilfredsstillende morgenmad. Meget venligt personale. Ingen parkering på stedet men tæt på p hus.

Rooms were clean, staff very friendly and it was in the perfect location.
