The hotel is very clean and well prepared. The location is also very good and convenient. The people of reception desk are very kind as well. Overall, this hotel is very good to stay.

역까지 거리가 그리 멀지 않았고 여행 핫스팟으로의 이동도 좋았습니다. 크지 않은 호텔이나 가성비는 훌륭했습니다. 아침 조식도 소박하지만 좋았구요 직원분들도 친절했습니다. 전반적으로 아주 좋았고 만족합니다.

영국박물관과 가깝고 교통이 편리함 조식을 먹은 식당은 좁았지만 맛은 있었음 직원이 친절함 일층이였는데 길과 인접해서 소음이 있었음 추었음

The office staff was nice and the hotel room was clean. But it was so small and snug, there was no ac and it was very hot. The reservation for one night was pretty expensive for what it was

Bit disappointed with small size of room. Mattress terrible, curtains too small, bathroom door doesn’t shut, general stickiness

Our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and cool and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was wonderful, as well.

It was fine and as advertised.

The property and room looks quite attractive on the website pictures.

I liked this place. They have working air conditioning and the garden out back was amazing. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was helpful and kind. This place has great access to the things you would want to see and do in London. Typical of buildings of this period, there are a lot of stairs to get to your room.

I enjoyed my stay very much. It was quite a small single room but they've made very good use of the space. The a/c unit was excellent. There was a fridge and a microwave oven. Although I used the oven twice I'd have preferred to have had a safe in that space.

Fint lille London hotel med god beliggenhed, men meget slidt. Tapetet er faldet af flere steder, gulvtæppet slidt og forsøgt lappet flere steder, bruser havde set bedre dage. Meget dårlige senge, eller rettere helt vildt dårlige senge. Der er meget lydt!!!! Køleskab og mikroovn er et stort plus. God morgenmad

Very old minuscule room in need of remodelling. Noisy hotel, v thin walls. Room was clean. Uncomfotable bed. Ancient tv, most channels unwatchable. Only good point; Fitzrovia location.

Staff were great, a good breakfast, nice outside area to sit with complimentary tea and coffee you can help yourself to, which was a very nice gesture

Great location, great room for the price, good breakfasts. Only negative is the room was humid and hard to get the AC working.

El instrucciones de cómo hacer el check-in nunca me llegaron por mail, por lo que al llegar a la puerta del hotel me encontré con que estaba cerrada y sin recepcionista. Tuve que caminar 10 minutos más, recién llegada desde el otro lado del océano y con la valija a cuestas, para ir a buscar la llave a otro hotel. La habitación está muy bien, sí, pero me tocó la del último piso y no tiene ascensor. Tuve que arrastrar mi valija 59 escalones hacia arriba. Y por supuesto que al llegar al hotel, después de todo un día caminando, lo que menos quiero es tener que seguir haciendo ejercicio físico...

Decent breakfast. Sparse and no space for anything in the room- closet fit a carryon sideways. Limited staff availability or willingness to help. Did have a fridge which was helpful. Location was too far to walk most places, would have been bettwr off paying more for a more central location.

The property was beautiful and the breakfast was good. Great service-loved it!

The Reception Guy was very polite and helpfull, room was clean and shower room too.Room was a bit dated but ideal for one night.Extras in the room, which were the shower gels and disposable toothbrush kits which thought was a nice touch also tea, coffee & biscuits were nice too.Also has a fridge and microwave which was helpful.
