웬만하면 이런거 후기 잘 안 남기는데 정말 최악이었어서 남깁니다. 빅토리아 코치역에서 가까운거, 다른 곳에 비해 방값이 싼거 외에는 장점이 하나도 없어요. 정말 낡았고 방음도 제대로 안 됩니다. 방에 수건도 안 갖다놓고 헤어 드라이기도 없어서 리셉션에 말씀을 드려서 받았어요. 화장실도 너무 불편했습니다. 좁은 세면대에서 간신히 씻었고 샤워부스도 좁고 샤워기가 천장에 붙어있는 구조여서 불편했습니다. 그리고 뜨거운 물 나오려면 물 틀어놓고 5분 정도 기다려야해요;; 진짜 사서 고생했습니다. 여기 갈 바에 차라리 돈 더 주고 다른 곳 가는걸 적극 추천드립니다.

솔직히 위치빼고는 다 마음에 안듭니다. 이렇게 낡은 숙소는 처음인지라 바닥 카페트에 묻어있는 머리카락들이 양말에 묻어서 늘 찝찝했고, 화장실겸 샤워하는 배쓰룸은 정말 비좁더군요. 이불도 없어서 담요덥고 잤습니다. Honestly, it was awful without the location. there are quite old, everything is shabby... i had to see the dusty ground including some of hir, and mini toilet... even though i had to sleep with tough blanket.. if you inquire me about returning this hotel I would like to say “except location it was not good, you should consider it seriously.”

빅토리아역 부근이어서 위치는 아주 좋음. 아침식사는 주문제 이었지만 부족하여 더 달라고 해서 마음대로 먹어서 좋았음. 단점은 룸 바닥이 오래된것인지 아니면 시공을 부실하게 한것인지 모르지만 걸어다니면 빠꺽대고 바닥의 수평이 안맞고 경사져 있어 좀 이상했음.

Stayed here with 2 friends, we had a triple room, it was clean, but dated, tv didn't work, the bed was a bit lumpy, the shower head didn't fit in the holder and the food was meh. However the location was fabulous, the staff were lovely and we didn't go to London to hang around in the hotel. For the price will definitely stay again.

The rooms were in a very poor state, the bathroom was even worse and very dirty. Although the water is harder in London than other places in the uk, the shower head was so clogged up with limescale the water was only dribbling our of one hole, the tap was hanging off the sink and basically was not what you would expect from a hotel. I have personally seen better bathrooms in youth hostel’s. The room itself was disgraceful, with broken electric sockets and extension leads across the room. Huge cracks across the ceiling and dated wallpaper hanging off the walls. The breakfast was very poor, no choice and not a standard that could even been described as basic. I would never go back to this hotel or recommend it to anyone.

The hotel its self was a little tired and worn in places but this is obviously reflected in the price. They staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Excellent location for exploring Westminster, Battersea and The South Bank, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Property was in a fabulous location. However, our room and bathroom were pretty dire…you get what you pay for! One night was ok, but that was enough! And breakfast…free or not was awful…

The location is perfect for walking to Victoria Station or the underground. You can stroll through St. James Park, Hyde Park, and Kensington Park to the Victoria and Albert Museum, the best museum in London. And it's free. The staff is super helpful, the room was clean, and breakfast was adequate, The walls are thin, so you hear people coming and going, but the management will loan you a fan to drown out noise. No A/C, but the fan makes it cool enough. Plenty of shops, pubs, and restaurants nearby. A good value for the price.

O café da manhã é incrível e muito bem servido. As atendentes responsáveis pelo café também são muito acolhedoras. Me senti muito bem. A recepção também é bem cortes. O local é próximo de tudo e perto de uma estação de metrô. Chegamos de madrugada e andamos da estação Victorya até o hotel tranquilamente. A cidade é simplesmente um conto de fadas. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

Good area but a lot of steps

Staff are friendly hotel room very rundown not clean. Breakfast was not good tasted awful.

Das Hotel ist für den Preis echt gut. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und auch wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gibt, tun sie alles um den Gast zufrieden zu stellen. Es hat uns gut gefallen

We booked a room for 3 people which came up a really good price for the area. The hotel was easy to find and the guy at checkin was nice and friendly. Our room was downstairs, it had a double and single bed in it, the room and bathroom were clean however the overall room just looked tired and needs a bit of a freshen up and refit, not all the above bed lights worked and paint was peeling off the walls. There is no kettle in the rooms however there is a drinks machine in the hallway as you come in where you can get a free hot drink or hot and cold water. My main issue is the shower didn't work, it was over a bath and you were supposed to lift up the button to make the water come out of the shower head but it was impossible. Not too much of an issue for a 1 night stay but I wouldn't have been happy if I was staying longer. Breakfast was ok and a bit of a bonus for the price we paid. The staff serving were nice and friendly too. Overall I would stay here again for an overnight stay, the area is nice and very close to Victoria station for trains/buses and tubes.

Las alfombras de todo el edificio y de las habitaciones estaban muy sucias, el piso de madera de la habitación tenía calvos salidos y crujia por todos lasdos, el baño era diminuto, y la zona de la ducha media menos de 80 x 60cm...

Clean rooms, staff lovely, perfect location, just needs to be refurbished, very reasonable price for London, free breakfast was small but really nice

Needs some updating, no hot water

Hotellet var under upprustning, vilket gjorde att det fanns byggmaterial odyl i de redan smala korridorerna/trapporna , dåliga fönster vilket gjorde det högljutt, och att vissa rum var slitna, hårda sängar...Matsal i källaren för frukost, vilket kunde ha ett bättre utbud. Men personalen trevliga och hjälpsamma. Läget bra. Ca 10 min från Viktoria station. Promenadavstånd till Buckinghampalace.

Det bedste, man kan sige er, at der ikke var bed bugs! Værelset lignede noget, der var løgn. Vi boede på værelse 23 ved siden af receptionen, og det lignede noget, der sidst var sat i stand i 70’ernes OMG! Morgenmaden var i et lille ulækkert lokale i kælderen. Personalet var dog søde. Kommer aldrig tilbage!

La chambre était globalement propre et confortable. Cependant, la douche était bouchée, ce qui a été le seul point gênant durant le séjour.

Great place to rest your head after a long day of sightseeing. It was close to all you want to see, within walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, etc.. Room was ok, definitely dated though. Shower was unusable due to it being moldy. Other than that though it was a great location and the bed was comfy enough to have a great nights sleep. Enjoyed the fact that they had free luggage storage. Breakfast was included in the stay, and it smelled delicious but there was t enough tables to sit and eat so we didn’t eat.
