The property was fantastic and to be able to use the swimming pool sauna and steam room was a bonus also could of used gym as well.The breakfast was brilliant lots to choose from well impressed

Not a friendly welcome at all! Hotels in need of some TLC, rooms way too warm but you can’t control the heat individually & opening a window meant being kept awake all night by the busy street below, even had police outside until early hours, just not a great location to stay & hotel is old & sad with miserable staff!

I have stayed many times at this property. The front desk staff are always a bonus as they always have a smile and welcoming attitude. Also, the breakfast at the hotel continues to please with the amount of selections and piping hot. However, the hotel advertises free self parking and until this current stay that was the case. Unfortunately, they have changed their process and parking was managed by a third party. Not only was it not free, it was on the expensive side of other parking lots in the area. I would suggest returning to free parking for guest because it was a major factor in choosing this hotel in the area.

Excellent check in and very helpful staff throughout. Breakfast food was hot, unlike our previous hotel. Parking excellent.

We required only a room to take a bath and sleep. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Probably best to avoid this old and worn out hotel. Poorly maintained. Holes in the carpet. Shower curtain had holes. Mattresses are lumpy. Received fine for parking in their car park and they were unable to do anything. Even though the parking was included in the stay.

We had a room on the front of the hotel this time. We found it very noisy on the Sunday night as a homeless person was having an argument with someone on a bike. It went on for ages and I did hear Police sirens but it continued later.

Very comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Great location and handy to have parking on site which was £10 for the night. We were in room 305 and a bit of noise from people shouting in the street in the middle of the night. Not the hotels fault and to be expected when you right in city centre. Breakfast was decent.

Enjoyed my stay. Clean room. Small thing, but please get proper brown sauce and ketchup for breakfast. The sachets were not great. Coffee was good though.

My daughter and I stayed for two nights, while visiting my son. The hotel from the staff to amenities to location were spot on. The positives:The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were lovely, friendly but not pushy. The amenities: pool was gorgeous, not too warm but not cold either, I’d recommend going early so you can fantasise that’s it’s your own. The rooms were spotless clean, towels big enough to cover a curvy person and so fluffy. Bonus for the biscuits. Breakfast was buffet style, we found the last day that you can also order porridge or eggs if you’re not a fan of fried eggs. Location is a stones throw from the train station, the river and a short walk to shops, pubs and cafes and the cathedral and has two Tesco express’ on the doorstep. The outside is a bit tatty with litter but don’t lay that put you off. The local stand to move on and the hotel was really quiet from any traffic noise once inside, although I find Worcester is quiet anyway. The negatives: The hairdryer in the leisure part didn’t work, if you’re an unkempt soul(me) it was fine, if you are not I’d suggest taking your own, I’m also sure they can be found at reception, I just didn’t want to drip everywhere. The beds were so comfortable, you might just be tempted to stay there and not see anything you came to see or do!
