It was very pleasant. The hotel room was clean and staff was kind. Even though there was no elevator and breakfast was so so, I am very satisfied.

최악의 호텔, 옆 방 소리가 다들리고, 지저분하고, 덥고, 직원 불친절하고, 지하철에서 한참 걸어가야함, 2일 예약했으나 도저히 머물 수 없어 1일 비용을 포기하고 그냥 나옴.

무료 와이파이에 조식 포함, 역에서 가깝고 가격대비 아주 우수하다. 시설은 다소 낡았지만, 유럽식 건물에서는 나름 깨끗한 편이고 침구류와 커튼 등은 깨끗해서 좋다. 침구류도 매일 갈아주었고 체크아웃 후 짐도 맡아둘 수 있어 좋았다. 노팅힐 게이트 역에서 도보로 7분 정도. 가까운 편이었고, 금요일 토요일마다 열리는 포토벨로 마켓에서도 가까워서 관광 후 쇼핑에도 좋다. 지상으로 지나가는 지하철이 간간히 들리는 것 외에는 매우 만족스러웠다.

위치(지하철역근처)와 주변환경은 매우 좋으나, 침대가 꺼져있어 불편하였고, 수건을 교체해주지 않는등 전체적으로 불만족함.

Hotel simples, mas com excelente custo-benefício. Região segura e tranquila, próxima ao metro. Viagem solo e nao tive qualquer problema ou receio quanto ao hotel e a localização. Do quarto, é carpete no piso e o box do banheiro realmemte é muito pequeno.

Comfortable bed, great location

I loved the location of this property and how it was situated within its neighborhood. My room was clean and the staff was friendly and kindly let me in my room a bit early after long travel.

A clean room, with everything you need in it including a fridge; a beatiful modern shower/toilet room. The only minus is that WI-FI was not working.

We were placed in the basement of the hotel with minimal views. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good bed. The breakfast should get an upgrade, both when it comes to the variety of food and how the food is presented.

Such an old building , no air conditioning. Doors and windows are difficult to use. Illogical room set up, fridge in a cabinet blocking all circulation thus it couldn't get cold. No screens on windows so bugs flew in all the time, bathroom with no place to hang towels or toilet paper. The only nice thing was the included breakfast.

Not a suitable property to stay during summers. NO Air conditioning - rooms are suffocating to stay without AC in London Summer seasons - Nights are terrible. Also no lift means that anyone who stays 2nd floor or above with luggage will have a terrible time taking the luggage up or down.
