Close to the airport and lots of nice shops and places around Hammersmith station. Staff were super friendly too!

It is a clean and comfortable hotel for staying. The hotel breakfast is good enough. It is located in a convenient place to be reached by bus. There are lots of restaurants and stores near so that it is very convenient for staying. However, there was no refrigerator in the room. Anyway, I’ll go to again this hotel for my future visit in London.

해머스미스 근처에 볼 일이 있어서 선택한 호텔이었는데 작지만 필요한 것이 다 있어서 만족했습니다. 체크인 도와주신 분들도 무척 친절하셨고 배려를 많이 받았습니다. 바로 앞에 10분만에 해머스미스로 가는 버스 정류소가 있고 지하철까지는 약간 걸어야하지만(5~7분) 근처에 가게가 많아서 구경하느라 지겹거나 피곤하지는 않았어요. 큐 가든까지 가기에 편하고 사우스 켄싱턴 지역 빅토리아앤알버트까지는 20분 정도 걸렸던 것 같습니다. 중심지까지 들어가는 건 시간이 걸리는 편이지만 디스트릭트 라인이 있어서 힘들지 않았습니다.와이파이도 잘 연결되고 커피와 차를 위한 따뜻한 물이 로비에 준비되어있습니다. 조용한데다 근처에 세인즈버리, 아기자기한 가게들도 많고 아침 먹기 좋은 카페들과 음식점들이 많아서 좋았고 가격 대를 생각해도 만족한 선택이었습니다. 다음에도 근방 갈 일 있으면 또 선택할 것 같습니다.

Staff, parking, bedroom & lwere excellent & great location. However we had paid for a full breakfast in advance but only a cold buffer was offered. Possibly this was because the Hotel is undergoing refurbishment and had limited facilities. Would have been good if we had been given prior notice of this as would not have opted for breakfast & felt £25 for a cold buffet wasn’t good value.

The Best Western in Chiswick is a great location for good restaurants and easy access to the district line. The hotel is currently under renovation and it was slightly off putting when we arrived late to find it this way. We were led to another building through the back alley for our room. It was a little uncomfortable being dark and late. We felt like we weren’t sure what we were getting into. Ultimately the room was good and it worked out well for us. When the renovation is finished, which I believe will be 1 June the hotel will be a great place to stay in good area where there are lots of coffee shops, restaurants, etc. I would wait for the renovation to be finished before I book here. I plan on booking this hotel again in the future.

Super Lage mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Hotelzimmer sind für das Preisniveau gut. Hotel wird gerade renoviert und wird danach freundlicher. Ich würde es allgemein empfehlen

This is my favorite hotel. The location couldn't be any better. It is on the high street near 2 tube stations, many restaurants, pubs , shops, across the street from a great cinema.... The rooms are clean and comfy. Even with all that the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone could not be any more kind and helpful. Stay here!

We were upgraded to a studio due to building work being carried out in main hotel - this is a great location and ten minutes at from tube station parking is available at extra charge and the entrance to car park is tricky as you have to cross bus lanes and bike lanes

It was a great suprise to find a kitchen in our room. Great saver when it came to being able to cook instead of the pricey eating out option. We absolutely loved our stay the only very small issue is that the bed was very short an a small double which was interesting waking up at only 5ft 7 with my legs hung out of the bed. We slept like a dream dispite this and would stay again very soon. A 20 min very striagh forward walk in a straight line to eventim apollo. Also to mention that there was everything within a ten mins walking distance. A lovely independent cinema opposite and even a tiny KFC. We enjoyed it very much, well worth every penny

Clean and comfortable basement room with enough amenities to make your stay a nice one. The staff were all very polite and willing to assist.
