3인실인데 객실이 매우 작고 옷장 등 수납공간이 없어서 불편했어요. 냉장고도 없었어요. 침구에 머리카락과 먼지가 묻어 있었어요. 화장실은 일자로 비좁고 환풍구가 고장나 작동하지 않았어요. 조식 종류는 많지 않지만 당근케익과 크로아상 등 빵류가 맛있었고 스텝이 친절했습니다.

생각보다 서비스나 이것저것 괜찮았던곳. 냉장고가 없는게 아쉬웠어요.

Amazing people

The ClapClap is in a good location on the edge of Petite France and close to the train station. Room in the annex building was spotless and good value. However, the corridor from lift to room was really grubby. There was loose material on the very dark carpet, suggesting it had not been vacuumed in days. The colour scheme of very dark blue, allied to low intensity lighting, activated by movement made, everything look gloomy. Even the lift was predominantly black in decor. We did not eat here but breakfast looked good. Lemon tea and coffee in room but no milk provided. I don't really understanding that but was given a cup of milk at reception when i asked. This is a good, if quirky, hotel and staff were helpful and friendly.

La chambre etait propre mais ménage léger. Et surtout taches sur les draps du dessus. Ça m'a un peu perturbé d'ailleur. Sinon très spacieuse, et calme. Petit déjeuner copieux. Boissons chaudes dans la chambre. Parfait

La chambre était ok. Le personel pas très professionnel. L'employée avec son aspirateur a ei beseoin de faire ses commentaires désagréable dans mon dos

La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita, posizione ottima, parcheggio (a pagamento) con accesso curioso ma comodissimo

When we arrived, we were wow'd by the property. However, our room was in a back annex building that was much less impressive. We knew the second bed was a couch bed but it was very uncomfortable and the sheets/comforter did not fit it properly. Also, there were no outlets on that side of the room so the two of us that slept there could not charge our phones overnight. The shower head was broken and leaked badly. And, the shower itself looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time.

Originally purchased 3 rooms, at check in the hotel claimed we only had 2 rooms purchased. Charged us for a 4th room, then 2 days later they discovered they did indeed have the 3rd room reserved. They claimed to refund the 4th room charge, as of yet, the refund has not happened. Rooms were very small and not very well kept up. Maid service was spotty at best. Would not stay here again.

God lokation- det fungerede rigtig godt. Værelset ok, bad noget slidt. Venligt personale. Kedelig morgenmad. Husk at give besked om parkering i god tid. Vi var ikke i god tid og måtte anvende offentlig parkering, som kostede 44e for 20 timer.

Hôtel idéalement situé

Oda gayet temiz yataklar çok rahattı. Odada ısınma çok iyiydi ancak banyoda tam tersi bir soğukluk vardı. Tek sorun bu diyebiliriz geri kalan her şey çok güzel. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili konumu ise şahane. Teşekkür ederiz.
