직원들이 굉장히 친절했고, 영어가 가능해서 의사소통에 문제가 없었습니다. 출력할 일이 있었는데 리셉셔니스트의 도움으로 쉽게 할 수 있었습니다. 불편한 점은... 핸드폰이나 노트북 등 인터넷이 필요한 기기는 각각 따로 와이파이 아이디랑 비밀번호를 받아야했고 잠시만이라도 사용안하면 다시 로그인이 필요했습니다. 저희는 무료로 세개를 받았지만, 원래 무료제공인지는 모르겠습니다. 위치는 바로 기차역 앞이라 찾기 편하시겠지만, 사진에서 보이는 정원뷰처럼 보이는 곳은 사실 뒷집이었습니다. 운하뷰든 정원뷰든 어차피 뷰는 그닥... 운하쪽은 시끄러울 것 같고 정원은 지금 계절이 계절인 만큼 쓸쓸해 보이기만 했어요. 참고하세요~

Really loved the location so close to the train station and the metro. Also a convenient walk to the city centre and many historic sites and restaurants, although I'd recommend walking on more major streets for better foot traffic and safe feeling. Solid room, decent bathrooms if a bit dated, and good attempt at air conditioning, though it couldn't quite keep up. The morning breakfast was good and a decent price, which is nice for hotels. Totally missed that there was an airport shuttle, so we took the public AERO bus instead. Would have been cheaper and faster to do the shuttle, so do that folks!

I was given a modern room on the second floor. The room had air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were always willing to be of assisstance. Breakfast was rasonable. A safety deposit box in the room would have been apt.

Personnel agréable. Chambre spacieuse, propre. Salle de bain équipée d’un sèche cheveux, toilettes isolées. Petit déjeuner avec de très bons produits.
