수상버스 트레아치역 바로 앞이라 이동이 용이하고 객실은 외부에서 보는 것보다 훨씬 깨끗하고 조식도 괜찮음. 가격대비 좋고 기대했던 것보다 만족스러움

수상버스 선착장이 바로 앞에 있어 이동이 편리했다. 방은 깨끗하고 넓으나 낡았다.

와이파이 잘 안 터지고 매번 새로운 패스워드 받아야함 (직원에 따라 1~6시간 짜리 줌)

엘리베이터가 없는데 3층방이어서 짐갖고 오르락내리락은 힘들었으나 객실은 작지 않고 안락한 느낌이었어요. 수상버스 트레아르치역 바로 앞에 있고, 산마르코광장까지 걸어갈만한 거리입니다. 조식 이용하지 않았지만 얼핏보니 씨리얼,빵류,음료 정도 있을건 있었습니다. 커피포트는 없지만 로비앞에서 뜨거운물 받아갈수 있어서 다행히 컵라면도 먹었네요.

정말 황당하고 불쾌한 호텔이었습니다 이탈리아 사람들이 대분 그랬지만 너무 하다는 생각이 들었네요 처음에는 호텔예약이 안됬다고 해서 황당했고 서울에 전화해서 확인하고나니 tax 거짓말로 화나게 하더니 결제할 때도 황당한 이유로 두번 결제 하는 느낌이 났어요 죄인 취급 당한게 넘 황당하고 화나더라구요 절대 이용 하지 마세요

Das Zimmer haben wir um 12Uhr bekommen (sehr freundlich) aber das Boden war nicht gesaugt und aufgewischt. Die Rezeptionistin hat sich aufgeregt,als ich sie fragte,ob das Personal nun saugen kann. Am Abend war chaos, das Wasser hat vom Plafon getropft, und unser Bad war komplett nass. Der Rezeptionist hat uns gefragt,ob wir in dem Zimmer übernachten können und morgen bekommen wir das neue Zimmer. In der Früh,hat die Rezeptionistin gesagt,nein,ihr bekommt kein neues Zimmer,sondern wir werden es reparieren(sollte vor 5 Jahren gemacht worden). Dann hat sie telefoniert und meinte, erst ab 14Uhr können sie das neue Zimmer bekommen. Ok, dann kamen wir um 17Uhr züruck, das Zimmer am 2.OG ABER das Wasser fließt überall, da AirCond.tropft und macht alles nass. Der Rezeptionist hat sich entschuldigt und uns das 3.Zimmer angeboten,wo alles OK war.Also, das Hotel ist sehr,sehr alt und sollte repariert werden. Da wir ca.200Euro pro Nacht zahlten, wollte ich nicht am nassen Boden laufen müssen.Besser ein anderes Hotel oder Apartment suchen.

Otel, havalimanı ve merkeze vapurla rahatça gitme imkanı sağlayan bir konumda. Çalışanlar pek misaifirperver değil ama bu Venediğin genelinde böyle. Güvenli, markete vs yakın. Venediğin kaotik yoğun ortamlarından uzak, sakin bir yer.

Great location as it’s close to the train station. Wonderful water bus stop right outside the front entrance. Breakfast was great. The only reason for 4 stars on staff is that the reception desk was not very friendly when we arrived.

Access is not disabled friendly at entrance and to the rooms. I am on a Europe tour with family, and with luggage climbing stairs was a big hassle. Location is conveniently connected to public transportation system and very close to multiple dining options.

Ok motel

Very dated but comfortable. Great location with a canal view. Breakfast wasn’t great but passable. Overall value for money.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room looked nothing like the photos online. There was no working A/C, it smelled strongly of mold, and worst of all—there were ants everywhere. They were crawling all over the room, got into our suitcases, and ended up all over our clothes. It was incredibly uncomfortable and unsanitary. The only positives were the friendly staff at check-in and the ferry terminal conveniently located across the street. Unless you truly don’t care about where you sleep or how clean it is, I’d suggest staying elsewhere.

Bra läge, helt okej hotell till bra pris för den simningen är kräsen.

The hotel was in a traditional Venitian style in a lovely part of Venice.

Siisti perushotelli. Ensimmaisen kerroksen huoneesta kiva nakyma kanaalille. Huone pieni mutta muuten ok. Hyvin ystavallinen henkilokunta muualla paitsi aamiaisella. Aamiainen hyvin rajallinen ja automaattikahvi pahaa.

I wish I had taken a photo of the room we stayed in. It was terrible. Do not stay in room 310 or any of the rooms in that building. Our room was an attic turned into a room. You could not stand up straight when inside and the shower was about 24x24inches or 60x60cm. You had to shower with the liner open just to fit in the space and access shampoo, etc (again, had to stand hunched over in shower or hit your head on the sloped attic ceiling). I asked to see another room and it was even worse, a hallway with two single cots and a walkway too small to walk through and no place for the luggage. We had no choice but to stay in the attic/converted bedroom. Our friends stayed in the building next door and it seems those room were more reflective of the ones on the website. Also, our room was a walk up so if that matters, def do not stay here.

Limited amenities. Shower door didn’t close properly. Only stairs to the higher floors so travel light. Had a good complimentary breakfast. Overall, a good practical hotel on the water.

The air conditioning in the room was very bad in the hot July weather and when we told the evening receptionist about it, he said he would pass on the message to his daytime colleague. The lady at reception the next day was very rude and told us we should have said something earlier and when we told her about already telling her colleague, there was no apology and not much was done! The property is dated, shower bathtub very cramped and old and breakfast is average. Very little value for money compared to several other places we have booked through Expedia all over the world! There’s also no lift and overall poor customer service!
