정말 좋았습니다. 숙소도 깨끗하고 직원들도 너무 친절하고 조식도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 체크인 전에 짐을 맡겼는데 체크인 후 룸에 들어가보니 가방도 미리 옮겨놔주시구요. 배낭여행객에게 최고인 숙소입니다.

음식도 그정도면 괜찮다. 객실이 좀 좁지만 친절하고 깨끗하고 숙련되어 있다.안네 프랑크의 집은 예약이 필수인데 대신 알아서 직원이 해주었다. 커피 포트가 없는 게 흠이지만 식당에서 커피와 차를 먹을 수 있고 따뜻한 물도 얻을 수 있다. 계단이 캐리어를 가지고 올라가긴 힝든데 직원들이 도와주니 염려하지 않아도 된다. 중심가치고 조용하다

Nice staffs. The hotel has stairs but the staff helps you so there's no problem.

Hotel Clemens is in an over 100-years-old building so it might be little bit uncomfortable to go up the stairs. So you have to know that the stairs are steep with luggage. But It was a great hotel with two cute cats and cozy rooms. The staffs were very kind too. But if you don't like cats, you have to reconsider visiting here.

I've stayed at this hotel for 4 days since Oct. 12. Hotel staffs are very kind and my room was quite clean and comfortable. This hotel is close to Dam square. It takes about 5 minutes by walk. I will recommend this hotel to my friends who have plan to visit Amsterdam.

Wonderful breakfast. Staff was great. They’ll carry your luggage up and down the stairs (thank goodness, the stairs are more ladder-like). I would given the hotel overall five stars except for the city’s construction on the street below

I traveled as a solo traveler. The hotel staff was very helpful. There are 37 steps from the entrance of the building up to the second floor lobby. I was lugging a big suitcase, which I could’ve pulled up the stairs by myself, but the man at the front desk, Bob, walked down the stairs and carried my bag up for me. Which was very nice of him. I did have a problem with the air-conditioning not working in my room and the staff was quick to go and check it out, but unfortunately was not able to fix it. I spent two nights in one room and two nights in another room, where the air conditioning worked very well. The breakfast in the morning were nice, not as much food, offerings or quantity as I would’ve liked, but it was enough for breakfast. The staff were all very nice and very helpful. The hotel was in a good location if you want to tour the Anne Frank house. But it seemed that most everything was a 15 to 20 minute walk from the hotel, which is probably true for most places in Amsterdam. It was a good location nonetheless. One noticeable thing was,l that there were 2 homeless people living on the sidewalk right outside the front entrance of the hotel. That’s not the hotel’s fault, but they were persistently there. I didn’t notice this in other parts of Amsterdam. This wouldn’t deter me from staying at the hotel again, but it is something of note. There are several restaurants right across the intersection from the hotel that had good food options.

Be ready to walk up some steep steps to get in, but if you don’t mind that this hotel is excellent.

This quant beautiful hotel was a great choice in Amsterdam. Close to so many attractions. The staff were very kind and helpful. The entire place and rooms were very clean and nicely apportioned. The breakfast was an excellent way to start each day. Highly recommend!

Location Location Location!! The key to this accomodation is Bob, Bob is a legend! Breakfast was fine, you get what you need to eat as you are at home! Room was small but fine and bed was super comfortable. All around Amsterdam it’s stairs so get used to it. Oh and they have cats, I am severely allergic and ended up with a puffy face/lips and have a sore on my lips now but would still stay again. Had a great time

Friendly, very helpful staff made the stay enjoyable, and the location is excellent. The room was small but clean and the bed comfortable, with great daily housekeeping. Be aware of steep stairs (not ideal for mobility issues), and allow extra time at check-out since you may need to return the key at a partner hotel. Breakfast was a great addition to get the day started.

All staff are super friendly,polite and helpful. The steep spiral staircase adds historical charm. Quiet and great location.
