엘리베이터가 없어서 무거운 짐을 들고 올라가기가 좀 힘들었던 것 빼고는 전반적으로 나쁘지 않은 호텔입니다. 로레또 역에서도 가깝고, 중국인이 운영하고 있더군요!

Passable for a brief stay but single room was cramped and whilst not dirty didn’t feel completely clean nor did the bathroom. Location not convenient at all especially as taxis are expensive in Milan. Didn’t get a chance to explore area around the hotel but didn’t seem much going on. Staff were helpful and polite. Not a terrible place at all and as o said it’s ok for a night or two at most.

It was a nice place to stay the night although it can get a little noisy outside the hotel. The AC didn’t work but that wasn’t a huge problem.

Decent location but way overpriced for the small room with no dining and scarce ammenities

Came whit no expectarions, and was pleasentky suprised. The service was quick and pleasant. The rooms had aircon and good clean bathrooms, easy wifi. Only thing that could hace been better was a mini fridge for water and the bed could have been a bit comfier. Still slept good all the same.

Stayed for one night in the single room. The room had all you need, comfortable bed, a spot for laptop work and a hot shower. Access to balcony was a nice surprise!

5 min walk from metro... 15 mins from centeal station.... room ha everything i needed and was clean..... would deffo use this hotel again.....

It was simple but warm blankets were not available

For 2 two nights we stayed in this hotel, didnt change the beddings even some marks of stained on it. Noisy on the other room . Smell cigarette in our room ,not sure where the smell coming from.

La posizione della struttura è buona (4/5 minuti dalla fermata metro Loreto). La camera era un po' vecchiotta (come tutta la struttura) ma pulito.

This hotel is very old. There is no phone in the room so you will need to go down to the reception each time you need something. They are very helpful and will provide the necessities if you ask. However, certain items such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper, hair dryer should already be in the room without the need to ask. We stayed for one night and couldn't wait to leave.

We checked in late after a long train ride, subway ride, and walk with luggage. The check-in person wanted to keep our passports until checkout the following morning which was odd and we refused. He took a picture with his cell phone. The room itself was okay. We booked three beds. The shower was leaking right out of the wall and there was no hot water. It was right off the reception desk and we heard the phone ringing and people coming in all night. It was for one night sleeping but I wouldn't stay here again.

Though it has excellent location, with basic amenities missing like lift it is not comfortable for business traveller

Hotel vecchio, con camere vecchie, poco pulite, assenza di ascensore ( un disabile o una persona con problemi motori nok potrebbe salire in alcun modo ); I servizi sono praticamente assenti. Hotel da incubo!!

Struttura vecchia con moquette anni 80 a costi elevati…sconsigliata se non in casi di emergenza (come il mio). ottima solo la location

Great stay. Not luxurious hotel, but comfortable and clean. Staff are very nice and the hotel is ~8 min walk from subway. The area is just a little run-down but I felt safe. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a affordable stay.

Beaucoup de bruit ,pas d isolation sonore ,non propre
